I recently went in October, I usually don’t have a bad experience whenever I go but this time I didn’t have a good experience. My waiter gave me a dirty cup that was used by someone else that STILL had their lipstick stains on it (I don’t wear makeup) so I knew it wasn’t because of me. When I confronted the waiter about the dirty cup he simply took it to the back and didn’t bother to tell the manager. I then asked to speak to a manager and he said he would call me and give me a refund. The manager never called me and gave me a refund. I had to go out of my way to reach out the chilis website and ask for a refund they only gave me a 3 dollar refund for the whole thing. Very disappointed in the company as a whole.

We Stopped in for dinner on a very busy Friday night. We were amazed as soon as we stepped in the door! Greeted right away and had a fantastic server. We were a family of 6 and it was nice to be able to have a nice dinner with great and fast service. As we were walking out we were helped out through both doors! Can’t get service like this at most chains

We went for an impromptu dinner with our three toddlers and everyone had a great time! Great service, super fast. Everyone loved their meal. The smoothest family dinner we’ve had at a restaurant. Major kudos to the awesome servers!

Food was not that great, but the server was super attentive and nice she made sure the group I was with were helped. The atmosphere was very friendly, welcoming.
Would not come back. Our server brought us out the wrong drinks first. We were sat near the back of the restaurant, nearest to the kitchen and we could barely hear our own conversation with all the music, shouting, and cheering happening in the kitchen. The food was mediocre , something expected coming from a chain. Once I was finished with my food, I was told to pay on the iPad; which I did. Then proceeded to attempt to fill out the survey on how my dinner went. Until some waiter who was already watching my party from 1 table away looked at the screen and saw my 1 star review, and he decided to grab the iPad from my hands without asking and said “This needs the battery replaced” while I’m filling out the screen. Didn’t bring back a new one. I am extremely convinced that this waiter purposely went out of his way to take the opportunity of voicing my opinion away by snatching the iPad from me. It was rude, unprofessional, and might I even say an invasion of my privacy. Do not come here expecting good service, good food, or good prices.

We stopped here on our way to Monterey, and the service was excellent! The food was good and it's been awhile since we've enjoyed Chili's, but it's one of our favorite chain restaurants and this location didn't let us down.

I never got good service here until they started doing their team thing of waiting on tables. I think the employees in the back should get the tips and not the actual wait staff. The food could be better, but the 3 for me makes the price right.

It has been 15 years since the last time I went to Chillis. I thought it would be different this time. I am still disappointed with the food. How is it that the appetizers are more expensive than a main course. $17 for 6 mozzarella sticks. Burgers start at $12. Single bottle of beer $8. Cold fries, dry burger, small salad (1 cup of lettuce, 1 oz cheese, 3 tomatoes, 3 croutons, 1 oz dressing) if you want ranch with your fries it cost an extra $1. 2 people cost here is more than Black Bear, Applebee's, Red Lobster, or BJs. I will never go back.
