Worst service ever!!!! There is no patience in this restaurant. People behind the counter did not let me finish telling them what I wanted on my bowl. I needed to put things on side for my child and the woman did not let me do that. She said to focus what was on the bowl . She was very rude about it. So when it came down to my bowl she just didn’t put anything because she didn’t have the patience enough she kept hurrying me up. Then I wanted guacamole, the guacamole had a thick black skin layer on top and then she just mixed everything up and that was so disgusting! I will never go back to this establishment again Salinas chipotle has bad customer service.

The workers were incredibly rude specificity one with lashes and a chubby one with an indie style she refused to take my order because i laughed the 2 times i got chipotle sorry im a bubbly person and she said im not gonna serve you and then they continued to talk about me in my face i did not feel appreciated or welcomed.

Inconsistently sized burritos (sure to too much or too little rice). They put hot sauce on one half only, so rest of burrito was dry and bland. They need to get basics right.

0/10!!!! I recommend avoiding this location during the late-night shift. On recent visits, the kitchen has stopped cooking meat around 10:20 PM, due to anticipated early cleaning so the staff can leave earlier. This significantly limits the menu options available to customers, which is unfair to us especially considering the store's closing time of 11:00 PM. NOT 10:20!

While I understand the need for staff to complete their duties, ceasing food preparation 40 minutes before closing seems PREMATURE, INCONSIDERATE and may impact customer satisfaction.

I suggest considering a later cut-off time for meat orders, such as 10:50 PM, to better accommodate late-night diners. Again, the stores closing time is 11:00 PM !!!!

For optimal dining experiences, I recommend visiting during daytime hours when a manager is typically on duty & such things most likely won’t happen!

Supposed to open at 10:30 am. There are employees setting up and nobody is attempting to open the door! It is currently 10:39 am. The door and online both open at 10:30am. Several people are waiting to go in.
