I had a really disappointing experience at the Salinas Chipotle. I ordered a steak quesadilla and was given a poorly made one—with no steak at all. It was careless and half-hearted. When I drove 15 minutes back to have it fixed, the employee who made it, Ashley, saw me walk in and laughed instead of acknowledging the mistake. She avoided taking responsibility entirely. If someone’s unhappy working there, that attitude ends up affecting customers—and it clearly did. Management should seriously reevaluate the kind of service being provided. It’s unacceptable to waste a customer’s time like this.

My wife and I were traveling through the area. I guess I'm just not that big of a fan of Chipotle to begin with because of bad experiences at other locations, but my wife wanted a salad bowl, so we went in This one was just as dirty as the others, and most of the ingredients were not prepared or missing. The music coming out of the kitchen area was so loud that it was difficult to communicate with the server. There were also frequent screams coming from the cooks. It sounded like they were fighting, but I think they were just fooling around. I don't understand what happened to this business chain. I went to Chick-fil-A for my food.

Went 2hours before closing finding lots of items out, no fajitas,queso,mild sauce,corn, rice, no chips while staff seemed to be having a party in the back laughing and listening to their loud music proceceded to make my order and protein is COLD this location is a Total joke!

Staff is usually annoyed/impatient and rushed me the last time I went by closing the lid on my food and walking away before I was able to ask for more lettuce. Food isn’t that great, overpriced, and it usually makes me sick.

Worst service ever!!!! There is no patience in this restaurant. People behind the counter did not let me finish telling them what I wanted on my bowl. I needed to put things on side for my child and the woman did not let me do that. She said to focus what was on the bowl . She was very rude about it. So when it came down to my bowl she just didn’t put anything because she didn’t have the patience enough she kept hurrying me up. Then I wanted guacamole, the guacamole had a thick black skin layer on top and then she just mixed everything up and that was so disgusting! I will never go back to this establishment again Salinas chipotle has bad customer service.
