Chopstix Vietnamese Restaurant

Picked up food to go last year and it was really good. So happy that we found this place again! Ordered garlic parm and spicy fried chicken wing plates, lemongrass chicken and beef meatball pho. Also ordered strawberry and melon boba milk tea and Vietnamese coffee with egg cream. Food and drinks came out quickly. Customer service was great. It was so good that we ate and drank everything! We will definitely come here again when we’re in the area.

Ordered a vermicelli bowl and a boba snow drink for lunch. After having ordered and paid, I was told that I they weren’t making drinks yet. Fortunately, the woman at the counter saved me was able to go in the back and make my smoothie for me! The guava snow smoothie was fantastic and the vermicelli bowl was tasty as always.

6.15.2024, my friend and I visited this restaurant. The service was bad. My friend received his food and I had to wait 3 to 4 minutes for my food. I assumed they would bring both meals at the same time. Then the waitress forgot our utensils to eat our food. I was like lady if you don't want us here just ask. I understand the job is stressful but these waitresses need to be trained on how to serve food.

Customer service was 10/5 with Adela today - she made sure we were well taken care of and even made sure we enjoyed our drinks by letting us taste it first multiple times- she is so so awesome and i’m grateful for her!! She made the experience above and beyond- thank you Adela!! Btw, no one told me to write this, i felt in my heart to do this as it was awesome!

Consistently had problems every time we ordered their to the point where we had to stop patronizing this Salinas chopsticks restaurant. It is unlike their brother and sister restaurants that have always had great food service atmosphere. So we travel to the Monterey or seaside Chopsticks restaurant 's just like we have for 20yrs. DO NOT EAT AT THE SALINAS CHOPSTICKS, YOU'LL REGRET IT

Food is great! They actually close the kitchen around 7:00pm not 8:00pm. Wanted to get a depression snack and them saying they were closed was my 13th reason /j.

The BBQ Pork Sandwich at Chopstix was a flavorful delight, and adding an egg was a great choice. The thinly sliced carrots and daikon, cucumbers, fresh cilantro, and mayo on the baguette bread were a perfect combination with the tender and tasty pork. It made for a delicious and satisfying sandwich.

The Summer Rolls are a delightful treat, filled with char-grilled meatballs, fresh lettuce, sprouts, and peanut sauce. They are a refreshing choice, and the Snow Bubble adds a fun and delicious twist to the meal.
