I just ordered a single scoop for my kid and the sport they gave me was dirty and had lipstick marks on it. Unless you like ice cream that much, I would not buy anything from here overpriced and dirty.

manager was super rude. didn’t get the correct ice cream. saw cockroaches just casually crawling around and i got fat shamed.

The place has good customer service their ice cream is great and the process of making it is also great just by seeing it

Terrible service is what puts this at a 1. The lady who was helping me was decent at best I waited there for 5 mins until someone wanted to help and they both kinda looked at each other and didn't want to help. The other issue I have is they have exotic ice cream but not the basics. How u don't have butter pecan is beyond me but have pistachio ice cream. I remember this to be more than what it is maybe or the one in Virginia is better idk. But this was a huge bummer. Wouldn't recommend on top of that it was 7 bucks. Definitely not worth it.

Was going to get 2 Oh Fudge “Love It” sized milk shakes. Was waiting at the ice cream and the 2 girls just stood there talking and I inched my way to the girl.Her: “are here for an order?”Me: “yes”Her: “the line is over there”2 female customers were standing in front of the ice cream now.Me: “I guess I won’t order then, since I was just over there and no one came to take my order “

Good ice cream but it's so loud in the mall that the employees have a hard time hearing your order. That waffle cone bowl was supposed to have spinkles and chocolate on it. Oh well, my daughter was fine with the modification and I paid less...lol

This location is IN the Northridge mall. Aside from the address being listed wrong and having to call for directions, the ice cream cake was delicious and the gentleman who helped me at the store was very nice.

Went today around 3PM. A family was before me and asked the family to please not touch EVERYTHING because of COVID. They were touching the glass and the cup display. After, the father ran his hand ALL over the glass purposely. Nothing was said by the employee (Corina). I told her being in healthcare that she would need to sanitize everything. Of course I left. The employee may not have been equipped/trained to handle a situation like that. It's just too bad that "that" father didn't UNDERSTAND the gravity of his behavior. This is why the virus is spread... cuz folks don't understand the gravity of their behavior

Awesome !!! had the stawberry mango smoothie,was great. The sevice was very good. the lady at the counter was very friendly. would definately recommend the store.
