I visited the pizza place to buy some pizzas for my employees. I requested napkins and pepper, but they wanted to charge me extra for them, which is unusual for other pizza places like Domino’s. They only charge for pepper and napkins othe dominos. .

I love Dominos so we frequently get it for family night. I place my order for pickup through the app I wait in my car once I get there until I get the message saying it is ready. EVERY TIME they say its ready I go in and they say five more minutes. Why would they say its ready in the first place if it isnt?! And there attitude SUCKS they (EVERY STAFF MEMBER) needs to be retrained and their customer service needs to improve.
