Years ago, I went to Foster's Freeze to get myself a combo meal, and the food tasted fine, with the exception of the soda. The Pepsi I got tasted gross, as if someone added chemicals to the soda. As soon as I tasted it, I immediately felt like throwing up. I'm pretty sure it was a mistake that the staff forgot to fix, and I forgive them for that. Just to be safe, I am not going there again.

If you're a Californian with one of these restaurants in your location, you know it was one of the go-to choices that never disappoints. The food is always prepared fresh, not just prepared and heated in a conventional oven until an order is placed; and their Fosters Sauce is simply the best. It goes great on fries, burgers, and on their chicken strips. I don't usually go for sweets, but when I'm in the mood, there is a variety to choose from; and when the seasons are happening, they do have seasonal holiday flavors to offer. The employees are all friendly and always ready to take your order with a warm smile.Parking: The majority of the time, Foster Freeze has parking available for its customers. The front entrance has a good amount of parking spaces while the remainder parking spaces are located towards the back of the store where it's shared parking with its employees.Kid-friendliness: Fosters Freeze is a two story building. You have your option on the first or second floor dining. It's always been an appeal as a child growing up with this California Fast Food Restaurant to want to eat on the second floor. There are no games of that nature, but its open space ensures clear visibility of your child, should they wander away.Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk to the front entrance dips so that wheelchair access is easy-to-use.

We ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches and fries. Recieved our order only one sandwich . Our receipt reflected 2 sandwiches. Our fries tasted really bad. Imagine leaving a bag of frozen fries opened in the freezer for 30 days, then fry them. Not good! Had to wait again for a new batch of fries and the other sandwich. I will probably not be returning to one of my all-time favorite childhood restaurants.

Drive thru here, The taste is great. Just make sure you get you hamburger patty in you burger. My old fashion was missing the patty. Went back and they said oops. The taste was as expected. I was just annoyed I had to go inside to get what I ordered

Its a rare treat to go out and have fosters freeze and the last time I went it was after an awesome dayat laguna seca grid life. It was in the evening time I ordered an old fashion burger fries chocolate shake and secret sauce. The fries/secret sauce were on point sad to say the burger was cold and dry (not at all juicy) and the bun stale. The chocolate shake was like water......i know times have changed but sad to say fosters freeze has gone down hill / lost its luster I remember fosters freeze as a premium burger establishment now it's questionable....I "hope" next time its a better experience...I am an honest person and would like to have a decent meal for the price I paid .....please Foster's ....please fix the problem and make your establishment great again as it should be... thank you and god bless ....hope this experience doesn't discourage you ?

On my first trip through the drive through wasn't that great. I didn't realize all my order wasn't given to me. Once back at my hotel I found out my fish and chips were not there.I called to complain and never received a call back. The following day I drove over and I was given a free milk shake and the fish and chips I was owed. I would definitely return again in the future

An already expensive place just continues to raise their prices. A twister made with half & half ice cream now gets an extra up charge. The sizes of things have gotten smaller. The burger patty on a classic is paper thin! The drive thru still takes forever.. At least they now have some friendlier staff.

My family and I pretty much just go here for the ice-cream (cones, dipped cones, twisters, etc.). Very tasty ?. Customer service is ok. Place is clean.

September 9th, 2023, AGAIN!!... my grandchild wanted to go to Foster Freeze, so we did.. It was more than obvious that the burger wasn't near being fresh... It appears it was in a warmer or something for a while. Don't mind paying for anything if it's worth what is advertised.. It's not worth the cost.. NEVER AGAIN!!!
