I saw online they offered GF pasta but it wasn’t listed on the menu . So I asked the waitress to ask the chef what options they have that were Gluten Free . The head waiter comes out all rude and snarky says “Do you have gluten allergy or something?” I told him no it’s not an allergy I have celiac . He goes on to tell me that there is a lot of gluten in the kitchen and there is cross contact. I told him I understand that’s not what I asked. He told me they are not responsible...read full review
Order was placed for Oklahoma, and got sent to California by online ordering system. Menu is Identical. Called to let location know it was placed wrong on toast (ordering system), but they would not refund me. I explained to them I called as soon as possible (less than 30 min), and it was an honest mistake. Manager said they could not process refund, and hung up on me.
