All i gotta say is this place is full of trashy security staff they act all tough & hard on you for no dam reason, I witness a girl getting hand cuff for no reason & to top it off this fat security sat on top of her holding her down so dam stupid foreals the staff here are so unprofessional with a nasty attitude treating you like they are cops or something so ridiculous!! Staff is incredibly Rude and unprofessional. Attended social night and security was instigating and being demeaning when it came to speaking to me or anyone regarding “leaning on couch” there is a way to adress individuals as professionals and that was not it. The night manager Lily, was extremely rude as well when trying to speak to her regarding employees behavior and menacing manner. She could care less, i spoke to another manager regarding this and she stated “ yeah shes rude, come back tomorrow to file a complaint” . Seems there is a bad trend were security guards have a power trip and are instigating problems on their own, they take their “security guard” position to seriously for a rent a cop position. I recorded the interaction and would love to post but it wont let me. I will be filing a complaint with the Better business bureau, as well with the security bureau of investigations for misconduct since im sure most of the “security” is non accredited or licensed to act in such capacity. extremely unprofessional to its paying clients and it seems to be a trend. amongst other’s as well.

Regarding the night club, I don't recommend this place. The music is good, but the security abuses their uniform. They took me out without any reason. I went to the bathroom and from there the security came in. When I came out, she told her that my husband can't be here anymore, she's intoxicated. She is a nurse To give a diagnosis she was not doing anything or bothering anyone and she was not walking alone To make it clear that she could no longer be there (I think her pretext To get people to say she is intoxicated I read other people did something similar to them) we were already coming Outside But oh, the security is coming at us. The pile behind us. As if we committed some crime, my husband obviously got angry and put his hand behind him. He told the security, calm down now. We left them and said, "The guy, don't touch me," and they got along. The pile. security to want to handcuff him, what is that? I didn't even see him beaten obviously. He wouldn't allow himself to be handcuffed because there was no crime in that. I approached him and told him, leave it, we were leaving and the same security guy, a fat guy who started his drama. When I approached, he hit me and broke my mouth. That's cowardice. We asked to talk to the manager because they never spoke to him. Also, my husband called the police. They never gave their excuse. They'll just say that you're taken. That's what I'm supposed to go to those places. relax as long as you don't cause problems, on the contrary they should be there to help you, not to hurt you, don't go there because they are rubbish.

Was there last night for my friends birthday to enjoy some dancing and drinking. At first evything was good music,drinks and people but towards the end security kicked us out for no reason saying my wife was intoxicated when that was NOT true.. the real reason was because some random girl wanted to dance with my wife and her girlfriend and they said no! a few minutes later we got kicked out… looks like the girl got butt hurt and told security my wife was intoxicated. We suspect that girl knows security and made up a lie for being rejected… be aware of security they were rude and unprofessional escorting us out. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I like this place. Good music. Food is good. I was there during happy hour and the bartender was going to charge me $10 for a Moscow mule. The happy hour menu said $5 vodka drinks so I showed him and he changed it to $7 cause he needed to charge $2 for the ginger beer? Is that right? If happy hour is promoting $5 drinks are we supposed to be charge different ?. Other then that. Had a great time and met some pretty cool ladies.

The brunch buffet was lackluster. The food was overcooked and cold and they had very inexperienced employees working. One in which had an entire waffle iron drop on the floor. And the mariachi music was way too loud to even have a conversation with anyone. The worst brunch I have had in awhile. The only saving grace was Israel the bartender who was attentive and personable and made sure to keep my glass refilled.

Most of all the atmosphere was relaxed and the service was not too bad as the staff seemed pretty friendly and attentive. If i could give zero stars i would. DON'T GO HERE unless you want to pay a pricey entrance charge just to be harrased by security. They have too much security and all of them almost wanting to have confrontations. My friends and I were ALREADY LEAVING since one of our friends had a little too much too drink- i was DD and was sober. Mind you my friend was just being silly and wasnt causing any trouble. We decided we were leaving and that she just needed to go to the bathroom. This short female security followed us into the restroom and through the room towards the stairs. We were CLEARLY leaving and when I asked her why she was following us (incredibly close too btw) she got confrontational started to yell and even put her hands on me just because I told her to give us space and that she didn't need to follow us because we were clearly leaving. Than a slough of like 10 other security swarmed us because they clearly didnt have anything better to do, like you know, make sure people were safe. (I saw a girl fall because the floor was wet and NOT a single security officer approached to see if she was ok even though their was about ten in the room.)It looked like she was trying to get into a fight to the point that another female officer had to get in between us and calm her down. Nope, not okay to treat people like that, especially because we didn't cause any trouble at all.
