We stopped in for a quick meal on our way home from Northern California. What a delight to find this gem! We had the veggie bowl, vegan tamales and a bowl of tasty vegan lentil soup. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and colorful. We look forward to our next visit when we a traveling through Salinas. We will definitely be back!

This place is in Old Town Salinas and has vegan pozole, tamales, burgers, and sandwiches. They also have Cantaritos, one of my fave Mexican cocktails. My new fave place for vegan food in Salinas!

Quaint little restaurant with awesome customer service. Staff was knowledgeable about veganism. We had the vegan tamales and vegan pozole. The pozole was good but the tamales were better. I’m definitely coming back!!

We stopped here on our way up the coast. The service was excellent. We had a very friendly waitress who explained entrées in great details. The food was all really good. 3 of us got 3 different soups and they were all very delicious, and fresh. I highly reccomend stopping here if you are in the mood for salad, soup, sandwiches or a Mexican entrée.

It was ok, the phily cheese steak sandwich was ok but only tasted like peppers and then on the menu it said it came with a side and the waitress didn't ask what I wanted with it and moved on to the next party member. She ask didn't ask us what we wanted to drink. We had to like tell her before she started to run away. She was more interested in talking to another patron who may have had food before we arrived but left a while later. Just bad service.

I love Gordon's. The food is always great, and portions are wonderful for the price. Wish there were more places like this. As far as these awesome hard-working people purposefully messing with your food, it sounds like ol' NM needs to lay off the pipe!
