Visited this spot recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. The birria tacos were visually appealing and packed with flavor—the meat was tender and well-seasoned, the tortillas had a great crisp, and the toppings added a fresh kick. The consomé and lemon wedges complemented everything nicely. 18$ for 3 birria tacos. Assuming because of what side of town this restaurant is?
If you want authenticity I suggest trying the food truck posted by 101 North, also a Guadalajara food truck.
However, the service left much to be desired. It felt disorganized and slow, with minimal engagement or attentiveness from the staff. A little more hospitality would have made a big difference.
Overall, the food holds up and is worth a try if you're patient, but the service could definitely use improvement. Solid flavors, but don't expect to be wowed by the experience.

I stopped by this place on the way to the Laguna Seca raceway. I really loved their tacos. Ordered three because usually it’s my normal size in SF, but their tacos were huge and very tasty. The service was great. I will stop there again for sure.I read many reviews about the price. Probably, it was a good price for me compared to the city prices
