Products are great, but staff isn't trained on transactions. I was overcharged and staff called their manager who said they would process the refund later. The original mistake was an honest one, and I wasn't going to get angry with the staff. A week later, still no refund and no phone call from the manager.

The woman that helped me today was very kind and helpful. My drink was too sweet for my taste, but the two other people who got drinks with me seemed to like theirs. It did take a little while to get my drinks, but it definitely could have been worse.

These girls always lack work ethic skills so slow they spend too much time talking and socializing. I waited for 25 minutes for my order and I was the only customers. This is ridiculous it's always the same girl lagging. She also got the order wrong after all that time!!!! Sloth!
