I'm glad they're closed, their waitresses (2 of them) were the worst I have ever experienced ever! With an empty restaurant, they made my 80 year old parents wait 25 minutes in the waiting area for a table, with more than 75% of their tables open! She had a bad attitude, when I asked if my parents could sit at a table versus by the cold entry doors. She said literally "we can deny serving you!" I said for asking that my parents sit at an open table versus by the entrance for nearly 30 minutes? I asked that she not serve us, and she went totally rude. The girl that helped us was way better, thank goodness I declined to be served by rude employee. This isn't the first time. Another time I was with my 5 year old granddaughter and we waited 40 minutes for food! So we asked if my granddaughter could at least get her food and she said she'll check, then proceeded to talk the couple next to us for 15 minutes about the fact that she was going to Las Vegas to party! That was so rude, then she brought all of our food out cold! We never went back, they got their karma! I hope they never reopen... go to Arigato! They are awesome and 1,000% better than this dump that closed!

Always take my daughter here every other Monday after school to get sushi but this time they were boarding it up, asked the guy there what happened and he replied that they had a kitchen fire and that they needed to rebuild.

Ikebana isn’t out of business. We are temporarily closed due to a fire that happened inside. We will be back open soon. Thank you.

The building is boarded up and they appear to be permanently closed. When I call their phone number to ask if they've moved to another location, the number is immediately forwarded to a full mailbox.

CLOSED we went there Friday night and they looked permanently shut down. Can anyone else verify?

Food was okay and fairly priced. Staff were polite and friendly, but the smell inside was not appetizing for me. I mean it was bearable but it smelled like an old building filled with dust. They need to do some cleaning.

Waited for over 20 minutes and no one even said hi will be right with you. There was over 3 families waiting. That not great service

I was given the worst waiter. A female i think her name started with a m. She was rude rolled her eyes after every question. We were sat at a table that was sticky but that wasn't the worst part it was covered with flies. We asked to move as the food was not out but the fruit flys were everywhere. The waiter said she could not move us as there is sections.Ultimately we were moved. The table was still sticky but at least the flies were gone on the the new table. We had ordered miso soup that came in dirty bowls that were scratched up. While ordering sushi i asked for sriracha and spicy mayo on the side. Waitress rolled her eyes then brought them both. After getting the bill i noticed she charged 1$ for a squirt of mayo and one dollar for one single squirt of sriracha with out notifying prior.. The sushi was good. Ramen is a cup noodle ramen but good. Miso soup was half a small bowl with a single piece of tufo not worth the dirty bowl.

I was real surprised with this restaurant. We came at a perfect time witch was lunch time! The amount of food we ordered was a good deal! I can't complain, for a lunch box 3 choices to pick and the options were some good options okay, only $18 bucks only for lunch time but still came with a soup and rice! so yeah I was impressed! Let alone the sushi was mouth watering! I would recommend the deep fried California roll! ! Anyways thank you! Our sever was a sweetheart ! she made sure to take care of us! ..

We've been coming here for years bur will not do so in the future.Unfortunately in winter at night with it being 50 degrees out the manager refused to close the door due to them having "no ventilation and it being a health code violation" (which begs to wonder what other health code violations they are running with) in the establishment. Every customer had jackets, hoods, beanies, and gloves on with everyone shivering over their plates trying to stay warm. We were also demanded to order immediately due to "a big order being put in". No Sriracha, no soy sauce plates were available either for custom use.The rolls were mediocre but we couldn't even enjoy our meal because we were literally shivering and couldn't wait to get out of there. One of the members of our party was do disappointed she left to go home and the manager told is that the next time we patroned the establishment she wouldn't be able to take her udon off the tab, which we've NEVER encountered at any other restaurant ever. The manager also told us not to come back so we definitely won't be.PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND FROSTBITE AND DO NOT COME HERE!
