There's an older lady by the name of Cindy. She works at this location and has this really friendly demeanor. She's always cleaning, making sure customers are happy and is just an overall great employee. I love coming in and seeing her work and interact with people. In N out, you guys have a golden employee. Please treat her right.

Best tasting burgers! Must be some magic, mystical ingredients that keep people coming back. Unfortunately, with success usually come problems. The drive-thru lot is completely inadequate for the amount of traffic. Drivers are backed up to the street forming lines past the next door McDonald's and often block driveways plus causing traffic jams due to blocking north and south lanes, running over plastic traffic markers, and some customers eating their meals down the street and riding their trash on the street. In and Out Burgers can't be blamed for their customers bad behavior.

My family is visiting from the East Coast, so I don’t know if this location is always this busy or if it was because of the Salinas Rodeo, but the drive-thru line was wrapped out to the road! We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly it went, and at the superb service and amazingly low price. We received our correct order and it was delicious! Will be back again before we leave!
I've never been to an In-N-Out burger that I was so disappointed in. The fries were cold, and I had to send them back. Animal style ones were congealed and cold. And on top of it, the burgers' buns were toasted way too long, and they were hard. The only thing that was good was the shakes. I've never been to an In-N-Out Burger that has a security guard either. What's going on in Salinas?
