The food was very delicious but it’s a simple menu to go with the name.
We just stopped in to buy and iced tea. It was chaotic and disorganized behind the counter, which is highly unusual for an In-n-Out. It took 20 minutes to be served because both cashiers were struggling to process a return of some kind. The line was out the door, and the restrooms were not recently cleaned. The drive thru line was beyond the property boundary and down the street. They need more throughout to satisfy demand. Our visit was about 9pm on 2025-01-12.
My recent visit to In-N-Out was a letdown. While the food was okay and the flavors were consistent with what you’d expect, the execution left much to be desired. I ordered a 4x4 burger, but they only included 3 patties instead of the 4 I paid for.
Mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating when attention to detail is missing, especially at a place known for its customization. The staff was polite, but the issue wasn’t resolved on-site, which added to the disappointment. I hope for better accuracy next time.
