Clean restroom.And of course, the amazing Palm Trees let you know you're at Food Heaven.Parking: Parking is limited compared to other locations. And the drive thru is almost always out onto the public road. But they have the traffic pattern figured out and it moves well.

They recently fired or got rid of alot of workers and now the food quality has gotten wayyyy better! Also seems like the employees who ruined the vibe are gone too except for the ones they kept around to train. Out with the old and in with the new please! I'm tired of having to drive to monterey for good in and out and this in and out hasn't been this good in years, no exaggeration. If your a salinas local you know.

I often come to in-n-out and every time Maya serves me and other customers she is always rude. As someone who works in the food industry Maya’s poor quality of work and communication is not acceptable. It is disappointing to have someone like her working for the chain.

Someone needs to be on drive through management as customers think they can block the Best Western/McDonald's driveway.
This time, it was really In and Out, since we only used the toilets, there was a little too much waiting to order their slab breakers, which in general I find very decent...the break slabs, not the toilets obviously

I love in and out, but this place is so bad compared to others that i won't come here again. The food tasted funky, the fries were basically soggy, the staff were uptight, and they seemed angry, and it is so crowded there. I'd rather go to the McDonald's next door.
