This place has gone downhill fast! They always get the order wrong and never give a receipt to back up what you order. No management on site and employees are just a bunch of teenagers who don’t care about customers. On my last visit here they gave me the wrong items which were spicy crispy wraps…I’m allergic to spicy foods!!! When I explained that I got the wrong order all they would say is “we make mistakes” no sorry!!? They denied me the correct food and a refund. I hope the owners which I believe are Anil Yadar & Mike Flores address the issues here because this place is a mess unclean and rude teenagers. I wouldn’t want to know how sanitary the kitchen is

Nothing worse than cold fast food, and in this place it is always cold, the guys talking to each other all the time, they don't serve you for this reason, and the worst thing is that they don't give you enough dressings but they take away the bag of napkins, very bad

Could smell the French toast sticks from afar. So I ventured over for some breakfast.Tough town.Need a key for the bathroom and can only spend 30 minutes to eat your food before you have to leave.But staff was friendly, quick with service and got to like that.

I stop at this jacknthebox often, they usually get my big order spot on. I order for 6 people usually so it can get complicated. They're pretty good about giving u sauces and ketchup unlike some other places that u order fries and they don't automatically give u ketchup. Pleasant attendants good service, just a bit annoying that they always park me to get me off their timed clock for their stats which defeats the purpose of the timed service. I understand if my order is big tho i guess.
