Could smell the French toast sticks from afar. So I ventured over for some breakfast.Tough town.Need a key for the bathroom and can only spend 30 minutes to eat your food before you have to leave.But staff was friendly, quick with service and got to like that.

Management are straight up rude. We have bought food from there for years. I go in to use the restroom on night with no money in my pocket and manager said the restroom is for customers only... I told her I've been buying food here since first day they opened and she still said sorry... What a joke!!!!
I stop at this jacknthebox often, they usually get my big order spot on. I order for 6 people usually so it can get complicated. They're pretty good about giving u sauces and ketchup unlike some other places that u order fries and they don't automatically give u ketchup. Pleasant attendants good service, just a bit annoying that they always park me to get me off their timed clock for their stats which defeats the purpose of the timed service. I understand if my order is big tho i guess.Parking: Plenty of parking all around never have seen it full
Got food poising from Thursdays meal. I haven't been able to keep food down since (it's Saturday). My family also has it.

As far as fast food, it rarely disappoints. Love the erggrolls and those funky tacos. What's the deal with them? So weird and so good! Burgers are very satisfying with all the veggies. Prefer it to McDonald's and BK.

I went and they told me to park on the side there wasn't any parking but a handy cap spot so drove back through the drive through and told them there's only a handy cap spot which they insisted I parked in which I refused do to not being handy cap employee got upset and disrespectful do too me refusing and got the manager who was also vary irritated I wouldn't park in a handycap spot(whole time no one else was in the drive through but me) vary bad service and rude honestly can't believe they got so upset over me not parking in a handicap spot or the fact that they even use the handicap spot just to make there timer restart coprate needs to do something about that because it's wrong not going back happened june 20th at 730

More times than not, no napkins, no sauce, food is cold and I literally live right across the street. ?Overcooked chicken strips were horrible and they only gave me two sauces for 5 chicken strips and 3 jumbo egg rolls. Not a happy camper.
