Wow these workers really got me a pre made frozen jamba juicee that a previous customer never picked up? This drink was frozen to its core, that's how I know it was much older. Take customers money then play tricks on the item they ordered.

Definitely my favorite shop in Salinas. I've come here for over 12 years or so, every day. The Mangers always know who I am by name \\\"Vee\\\" and most of the staff. But I also have to give a shout out to the crew at Northridge Mall too. Alot of that staff was the old school staff at this N Main location. I'm closer to the S Main shop...but they are a LOT slower than these Champs. I LOVE my Pink Starburst with blue spirulina, whey and energy! Go to brunch

This Jamba Juice has declined so much in quality since it first opened. The hours have gotten shorter and shorter (seriously what breakfast place opens at 8am?!) , the staff is absolutely terrible with customer service, and it always takes forever to get my drink.Today I watched a cashier continually pay attention to making online orders and making sandwiches while I waited in line for 5+ mins as the only person in line, they never even acknowledged my presence and the person making the actual smoothies is the only one who said they’d be right with me. It would have taken a max of 1 minute to take my order, she could have easily done it while one of the sandwiches were cooking.I don’t know if they were a new employee but regardless, you should not be putting new employees on the register at 9am, and there’s needs to be a dedicated person for taking care of online orders since the regular staff is clearly swamped. I’d rather waste time and drive all the way across town to the one on S. Main because that one is such a more pleasant experience.
Fantastic customer service! I believe their name was Adrian? Made a delicious and high quality smoothie, exactly what I wanted at no additional cost or hassle (Protein Berry Workout w/ extra Whey). Will definitely return when I am at the mall again!
So I decided to order through our mobile app, to avoid being for long periods of time since i have a compromised immune system. I go in there tonight to pickup my mobile order and there was 3 girl customers in front of me that weren't wearing their masks properly, not covering their nose and the employee at Jamba juice didn't even tell them to fix their masks. Yes the employees were very kind and the girl confirmed my order. But, overall I do think the employees should enforce the mask rule thoroughly because as I was leaving there was another customer entering and I just feel the employees should tell them to wear their masks properly. I just have a concern of not wanting to get sick and possibly die because of having a compromised immune system and the employees not really enforcing the rule.

My fiance suggested Jamba Juice when we were heading out for a ride with the mutt. I chose the new Electric Berry Lemonade. WOW! It's insanely awesome. Careful of the brain freeze as you try chugging it down.
Terrible service. They took 25 minutes to prepare 2 greens and jingers. Not coming back!.
