Just as an observation, they lost the key to the restroom, so customers couldn’t access it. I wasn’t sure if they were being honest, because I’ve noticed that when they don’t want to make extra work, they just deny whatever triggers their laziness. Owners keep an eye out, just for this I’m not coming back.

I absolutely love this location! Each and every time I go Zarate has been there to take my order with kindness and a smile. I’m very indecisive, but Zarate takes the time to ask my likes and dislikes to make smoothie suggestions. Every suggestion has been absolutely delicious. Employees like Zarate keep clients coming back, she’s the best! Best customer service, I highly recommend this location!

I’ve never had a negative Jamba Juice experience.I ordered a drink that they said would be out in a few minutes. I waited for literally 20 minutes watching people order, get their drinks, and leave.I asked about mine and the workers didn’t even acknowledge me. They just looked at me and looked at the screen then walked away. 2 out of maybe 5 of the staff that were there seemed to kind of care. Absolutely wild lol.

There I was, picking up my prescription from CVS, when what should find me but a delicious free sample.A friendly, neighborhood Jamba Juice artisan walked up to us and asked, "Would you like a free sample?" I did. And it was delightful.Every time I have been to this Jamba Juice, I have experienced fruity joys. This sample encouraged me to share my love for them.Reallt though, you guys rock. ♡

Brandon and Jasmine were amazing employees. My smoothie was blended to perfection, and my waffles were toasted perfectly! They were also handing out free samples which I did not know they did, they were the most kind employee I have ever met!!!!!

The girl with the green hair was incredibly rude and disrespectful and she had a massive attitude. She made me feel rushed and it was not good customer service at all. I’m sure the other workers are nice but the girl with the green hair, avoid her.

i went in on thursday around 4 and ordered what i usually order and the girl on the register was so rude and passive for no reason she just had a mean attitude, made me feel so uncomfortable!! i saw her keep picking on some kiddo there like she was some bully. he was doing his job and she kept telling him to do what he was already doing. she had glasses and she was on the shorter side. i really hope someone tells her off or fires her how are you supposed to get more customers when the store environment is so uncomfortable it makes me not want to go again and it's the only jamba close to where i live!!!

I really had a disappointing visit today. My razzmatazz was undrinkable. There were solid pieces of fruit and ice in the drink and it wasn't as sweet and fruity as usual. The service was also disappointing. My name wasn't asked and had to wait quite a while before I was asked what drink I was waiting for. I won't be visiting for a while...
