I normally don’t write reviews but i have to. Nancy ALWAYS makes our sandwiches top tier. The manager or lead idk her name younger lady with tattoos , is always so nice and makes everything run smooth.

Let me just start off by saying that this place is so much better than subway. I was a subway guy for most of my life, and one day as I was leaving marshals to get some cheap socks, I saw the big letters of, “Jersey Mikes” and decided, “why not let’s try something new”
First and only immediate issue is that this place doesn’t have Meatball subs.
Outside of that I was welcomed by friendly staff, and when asked what I wanted mentioned I was a first time customer. The staff walked me through their menu and I ended up getting one of their cold cut sandwiches and having it done “mikes way”. I got myself a drink and cookie to go. I especially noticed the way they fold and wrap their sandwiches, something subway never really did. But I found it interesting…. Maybe more professional.
I remember taking my first bite in my used 1990 Honda civic and was amazed by the flavor and quality of the ingredients, for a second I forgot I was in a car that was almost 35 years old.
Overall this is my favorite sandwich shop in salinas with Ike’s being a distant 2nd and Subway being last. Erik’s deli? Never heard of them. If you want a solid cold cut, with staff that care about giving you quality service. Come here for lunch! Come here for dinner come here for breakfast. There is a sandwich for everyone.
I do hope they come out with a meatball sandwich.

I went in this past Thursday and I had the best sandwich and customer service I ever had the people on shift were so helpful for it being my first time ! They recommended the 13! They were above and beyond so great team

Horrible service today restaurant was busy (I usually make my order online) and today the 2 ladies decided to to take care of every single customer first before me i came in 2-3rd ended up leaving last clearly the “MANAGER” does not give a sheet

Jersey Mike Service terrible negative 5 stars they should pay you ! Don’t Recommend! Just go to Ike’s chipotle or some mall food like 5 mins walk way better!! only come here for the meat if your desperate & ONLY if you can see it in person! and if it’s dead empty . I did a online order I saw Order ready stood in line quietly 5-10min for 1 person in front getting sandwich made so I waited no greeting. I online ordered so couldn’t have had anissue to deserve the disrespect but a walk in comes in coincidentally after I did must be. Daily so totally understandable but dude didn’t acknowledge me with a hi welcome or here for a pickup? I’ll be with you in a moment let me serve up the daily customer behind you first he’s special , I would understand that at the very least, but ignored locked eyes and overlooked for a sandwich that situation has never been on a bucket list to feel so belittled on , and ontop of the disrespectful person I gotta watch you make some other dudes sandwich dude there’s 3 customers and 15 ppl working what ? Have I did something bad to deserve this I’m apologize if I did but that man that’s not Human

Only have a 2 because of past experiences
Did a mobile order on 1/20/25, one set of Customers being helped, when I walked in no one acknowledged me, except the customers who said hi.
Another girl comes from the back didn’t say hi. I greeted her with smile and said I have a pick up order (gave name) she asked me 3x what my name was, then instead of handing me the bag, she tossed in on the pick up shelf. I said thank you got no response, said have a nice night again silence.
I know everyone has there own issues, but if you work in a service job you need to express common courtesy.
The employees of this store are the slowest in the world, they should change personnel

Please please please get your staff in check. There is a line and the employees are just chit chatting while people wait! Like seriously zero sense of urgency or customer focus, extremely slow service.

What a dump. They purposely dropped food from the counter on to the floor (Using their hands). Uber etc. gets first service even if you have been waiting the the store and have already ordered. I would NEVER go there again.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s. This time, I ordered through the website this time to try it out, but get it delivered as well. So I ordered a chicken sandwich bowl with an extra portion of chicken, but when I got my order, it was only the extra portion of chicken – nothing else! When I complained, they refused to give me a refund and only offered points. This is completely unacceptable. I am not satisfied with this resolution and will think twice before returning. Very poor customer service.
