I went in this past Thursday and I had the best sandwich and customer service I ever had the people on shift were so helpful for it being my first time ! They recommended the 13! They were above and beyond so great team

Jersey Mike Service terrible negative 5 stars they should pay you ! Don’t Recommend! Just go to Ike’s chipotle or some mall food like 5 mins walk way better!! only come here for the meat if your desperate & ONLY if you can see it in person! and if it’s dead empty . I did a online order I saw Order ready stood in line quietly 5-10min for 1 person in front getting sandwich made so I waited no greeting. I online ordered so couldn’t have had anissue to deserve the disrespect but a walk in comes in coincidentally after I did must be. Daily so totally understandable but dude didn’t acknowledge me with a hi welcome or here for a pickup? I’ll be with you in a moment let me serve up the daily customer behind you first he’s special , I would understand that at the very least, but ignored locked eyes and overlooked for a sandwich that situation has never been on a bucket list to feel so belittled on , and ontop of the disrespectful person I gotta watch you make some other dudes sandwich dude there’s 3 customers and 15 ppl working what ? Have I did something bad to deserve this I’m apologize if I did but that man that’s not Human

Did a mobile order on 1/20/25, one set of Customers being helped, when I walked in no one acknowledged me, except the customers who said hi.
Another girl comes from the back didn’t say hi. I greeted her with smile and said I have a pick up order (gave name) she asked me 3x what my name was, then instead of handing me the bag, she tossed in on the pick up shelf. I said thank you got no response, said have a nice night again silence.
I know everyone has there own issues, but if you work in a service job you need to express common courtesy.

Please please please get your staff in check. There is a line and the employees are just chit chatting while people wait! Like seriously zero sense of urgency or customer focus, extremely slow service.

What a dump. They purposely dropped food from the counter on to the floor (Using their hands). Uber etc. gets first service even if you have been waiting the the store and have already ordered. I would NEVER go there again.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s. This time, I ordered through the website this time to try it out, but get it delivered as well. So I ordered a chicken sandwich bowl with an extra portion of chicken, but when I got my order, it was only the extra portion of chicken – nothing else! When I complained, they refused to give me a refund and only offered points. This is completely unacceptable. I am not satisfied with this resolution and will think twice before returning. Very poor customer service.

So i ordered on the app for pick up and it said it'll be ready at 3:53. I arrive at 3:52 and they ask if im picking up, i say yes, they look at the receipt and say, ok ill get started on it. Dude, whats the point of online ordering. Food is great but cmon man, it wasn’t even busy, i was the only one there. Not the best service.

I ordered delivery through the Jersey mikes app and didn't receive my food. I did not get to eat on my lunch and had to go around the hospital looking for my food. When I reached out for support they still had me jump through hoops to get a refund. I used up all my breaks to finally receive a refund, but I still did not get a chance to eat.Laurie Songtag had no customer service support and instead was upset that I had called her after being prompted by restaurant staff. The staff was very helpful and listened to the concerns. Laurie however told me I didn't pay her and that I should buy a sub somewhere else next time. She proceeded to call me again to give me an update on the refund and recommend that I buy from subway and togos. Sucks because I used to buy Subs here once a week, but there's other sandwich shops here aside from those recommended by Laurie.

Absolutely love the 17 (Philly cheese steak). Love how it's fresh grilled unlike other places that just microwave it. Little pricey for the giant but it usually lasts two meals.

Jersey Mike's is a good spot to pick up a quick lunch. The turkey and provolone is delicious, especially with the oil and vinegar dressing and herbs. I've also had the veggie sandwich with pickles and peppers added. Very tasty. The only thing I would change is the fact that they slice ALL the meats and cheeses on the same slicer, so if you have a religious restriction or allergy you may want to think twice. They also have Stubborn soda , AMAZING ?.
Vegetarian options: As I mentioned above, all meats and cheeses are sliced on the same slicer so even the cheese will have meat residue.
