I ordered delivery through the Jersey mikes app and didn't receive my food. I did not get to eat on my lunch and had to go around the hospital looking for my food. When I reached out for support they still had me jump through hoops to get a refund. I used up all my breaks to finally receive a refund, but I still did not get a chance to eat.Laurie Songtag had no customer service support and instead was upset that I had called her after being prompted by restaurant staff. The staff was very helpful and listened to the concerns. Laurie however told me I didn't pay her and that I should buy a sub somewhere else next time. She proceeded to call me again to give me an update on the refund and recommend that I buy from subway and togos. Sucks because I used to buy Subs here once a week, but there's other sandwich shops here aside from those recommended by Laurie.

Absolutely love the 17 (Philly cheese steak). Love how it's fresh grilled unlike other places that just microwave it. Little pricey for the giant but it usually lasts two meals.

Jersey Mike's is a good spot to pick up a quick lunch. The turkey and provolone is delicious, especially with the oil and vinegar dressing and herbs. I've also had the veggie sandwich with pickles and peppers added. Very tasty. The only thing I would change is the fact that they slice ALL the meats and cheeses on the same slicer, so if you have a religious restriction or allergy you may want to think twice. They also have Stubborn soda , AMAZING ?.Vegetarian options: As I mentioned above, all meats and cheeses are sliced on the same slicer so even the cheese will have meat residue.

There's an excellent variety of sandwiches/subs on the menu. I enjoyed their flexibility when I ordered a steak sub prepared with different ingredients than anything on the menu. I was also satisfied with the short wait time to receive the subs. I really enjoyed the selection of lean steak & the fresh vegetables that I ordered in the sub. Especially using the right amount of mayonnaise.

Sandwich meats are of a top quality, as is the bread. I love the Italian subs with cold cuts, all the toppings typical of a real sub - onion, tomato, lettuce, etc. Then, the only and vinegar, oregano. Yu-um!!!

I'm not sure how this place has so little stars . As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and greeted by the customer Sebastian and Johnny were definitely working as a team and communicating well . The place was absolutely clean as well as the bathroom . The place overall is simple and gives you chill beach vibes honestly . The sandwich I got was the steak Philly and 10/10 super good food .

I ordered through door dash. I ordered a regular chipotle cheesesteak and upon delivery realized I had a chicken cheesesteak. Door dash was absolutely no help. I called the store to let them know and of course they realized they put the wrong sandwich in the bag. Seems pretty careless to me. They did offer a refund on the sandwich but since it went through door dash that can't be done either. So I'm now out my money and my food. Terrible experience.Update... Let's be very clear here. DD gave me a $4.95 credit. This sub cost me $16. So no, I was not fully compensated for a sub that ended up in the trash.

Amazing!We have been to Jersey Mikes now three times this month and it's only the 11th. Lol. The sandwiches are fresh and made to order. So add or delete what you like. Friendly staff with knowledge of the menu and will make suggestions or say their personal likes. Great for on the go meal. The place is very clean and the employees stay busy wiping things down. Great selection of beverages that are unique and that's a plus to have those choices.

Was craving a good deli sandwich. I resist going to the "other" so-called sandwich place where the "meat" doesn't taste like meat. Every Jersey Mike's cuts their meat deli style for each ordered sandwich which guarantees freshness and "fluffiness". What made this location standout in a positive way was the people behind the counter, very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about serving you a great meal. "Laurie" was especially kind and personable and made you want to come back again - which I'm positive we will. Whoever hires these great people, keep up the great job and know old fashioned customer service is not extinct at this Jersey Mike's!!

I was starving after a long day of home improvement projects, and decided to get a large sub at Jersey Mike's in Salinas. The workers were very attentive and fast at making the subs perfect for every customer. The restaurant was very clean as well. Their mobile order system is one of the best I have seen, and although I did a walk-in order this time, I'll be utilizing this the next time around. Very dependable for a great sandwich and great service.
