The white girl who served us had terrible communication and customer service. We came in with three kids, sat down, and asked for water—she never brought it. Two white guys came in after us and got water right away. We were ready to leave, but the auntie from the back came out with complimentary appetizers, and that generosity is the only reason we stayed.

Even then, the white girl never checked in, never brought plates, never refilled our water. If it weren’t for the Asian server stepping in to actually take care of us, we would have left no tip for her poor customer service. Management, if you're reading this, that tip was 100% for him, not the white girl.

On top of all that, when we left, she didn’t even say goodbye or good night. Just plain rude. If you’re that salty about working in a Chinese restaurant, maybe find another job instead of taking it out on customers.

We will not be coming back!

Showed up at 8pm for dinner. They said they are closed at 830 and did not want to serve me, though their sign says 9. Oh well. Guess they don't need my money with 0 people in the lobby.

I think the people that work here are super nice and you’ll be treated so well. Only issue is the kitchen setup. It’s a little off putting and the restaurant seems unsanitary. I found a hair in my food so that was disappointing.

Unfortunately ignorance and abounds in this place and they lack empathy and respect for people whit disabilities, they despised and rejected my son who has autism and we left the place, the woman who works there is the one who discriminated against my son! We asked her if she had any problem whit my son’s autism and she replied that, she did suggesting we leave!! It’s shameful that people like that are on costumer services. Definitely not back again!!

First time trying it! It’s by far the best in prunedale and we really think Salinas!! Great quality the meat and vegetables! The flavors were amazing! The portions were also big but I’m still surprised on the amazing quality and flavor!! The prices also! Really recommend it! We got the A meal for 2 lots of choices you can pick from a list not set like other Chinese restaurants. All this food for $38! At other places not as good meat rubbery or quality not there and it’s $58-65!!

Good clean Chinese food for a great price. The pork fried rice and orange chicken is excellent.

Old school American Style Chinese

Only stopped in when we needed to charge our vehicle at the nearby charging station and were running late and decided to grab a bite to eat. Glad we did. Very good food, generous portions, and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and they had our order ready to go in 12 min! Thank you!

Really good and fresh American Chinese food that is affordable and huge portion sizes! We came in while we charged our car, and got the meal for two which includes some appetizers and entrees for $18 a person. It was so much food! My favorites were the beef and broccoli which was fresh and not soggy like some places, and the fried rice. The chicken chow mein was good too and the chicken was moist and perfectly cooked, not dry at all. I wish we lived closer! The inside is cutely decorated but nothing special, and it’s very casual. This is the place for good portions and fresh food though!

Little sit down and takeout Chinese restaurant in a strip mall with great food! Ordered the Walnut Prawns, Green Bean Chicken, and Combination Chow Mein. The portions were large, delicious and fresh.Will definitely visit again during our trips to or from Monterey.

Kid-friendliness: They have one high chair and we felt comfortable dining with our kids here.
