All we wanted an extra crispy bucket. Extra crispy wasn't available so got the regular. Woman comes from back and informs manager that there is absolutely no chicken. We wait as they cook but they refuse to make extra crispy. A cook in the back is cussing every other word to a coworker about his "tic tok" account. Manager is rude to everyone around.
