I’ve ordered for carry out 12 pieces but only received 7 pieces 4 pieces fresh and 3 pieces all dried up, im not going to bother driving back to claim this. Everyone please verify your order before leaving or Manager should implement this.

Always forgetting something in your meal. Employee(s) will lie to cover the mistake. Food quality and portion size has diminished.
The girls that helped in drive thru gave me really good customer service. They used courtesy terms, greeted me as I pulled up, which I really appreciate. A lot of places lack even thanking you. Only complaint is the mash and gravy is now together instead of separate. Haven’t had kdc in some time so not sure how long that’s been a thing for the large serving.

KFC has gone downhill as far as service to their customers. Their online app is a joke. Didn’t receive my order until 25 minutes after promised time, even though the app said it was ready. Tried another KFC and had the same issue. Made my comments known on the survey that was sent to me via email. Was suppose to hear from someone within 48 hours. As of 5 days later haven’t heard anything. KFC has lost my business.
