KFC has gone downhill as far as service to their customers. Their online app is a joke. Didn’t receive my order until 25 minutes after promised time, even though the app said it was ready. Tried another KFC and had the same issue. Made my comments known on the survey that was sent to me via email. Was suppose to hear from someone within 48 hours. As of 5 days later haven’t heard anything. KFC has lost my business.

Driveway exit to street needs to be repaired, I told store manager about the issue over a year earlier. The other day leaving the drive through car came to rest on the concrete, the exit lane is so low my was scrapping the bottom. I had to backup and drive at an angle to clear the concrete. Now I only use the walk in parking lot.

I'd be willing to bet a meal or two thar these were microwaved.

I hope biting into them won't give me food poisoning. That's the first thought I had biting into one.
