Dear god this KFC is trash. I just decided to try it out and got two of their new wraps. I did ask them to be custom and was clear on what I wanted. I got one which was just a tender with mayo and another with hardly ANY mac and cheese. They didn't include any of the sauces I asked for either. They just tossed me the bag and left quickly as if they didn't even want my business. This place is garbage. Avoid at all costs. I will never be back.

Placed an order online and also requested plates and utensils. Get back to our room across town, there's no utensils, and they forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes. Was NOT gonna drive 10 minutes to get the stuff, so I grabbed some utensils from my emergency pack in the car.

Place took way too long to make the food order was small and simple order the food inside thinking it would be faster then drive thru but they prioritized drive thru and online order first and waited around 40 minutes

Bathrooms were closed. That's a drag.Parking: Big parking lot. Allows you to smoke doobys and get lit up without too much hassle from others. Finish the experience off in style with a bucket of frsh fried chicken.
There drive way exiting drive thru is awful car got damaged and needs to be fixed.

Low quality customer service, unfortunate workers in hostile conditions. Cashiers have a hard time on register it seems, difficult to supply utensils or condiments. Cold food long wait time, unpleasant presentation and overall service. Would not recommend this location.

We came in the other day and bought chicken from this kfc which we found out is privately owned so no real affiliation with KFC ado what does that tell you? probably that quality control issues are going to be an issue. We ordered a bucket of chicken and biscuits total was $30 brought the chicken home and when we tried to serve it the coating was slimy and literally they apologized and said that they had given me the regular recipe instead of the crunchy recipe, so fine I took that bucket home and same thing happened. It was very clear to me that they had tried to refry old chicken, and that’s why it was slimy and the meat just tasted bad. In fact it made us all feel sick. I called and they told me they could not give me a refund they could only give me a cake ??? Or another bucket! Well we didn’t want that anymore it was so gross. All we wanted was our money back. We came in with All of the uneaten chicken except for maybe one or two pieces we had tried and decided it wasn’t edible, when I went in this manager was the most unreasonable man I’ve ever dealt with, he did not care about the customers experience and only argued with me and tried to say he gave me $60 worth of chicken and I owed him?!?! This place should really be reported for quality control issues. Anyway we are never buying from any KFC a again but specially this place. Awful management and awful food.
