A family favorite. We hosted our Daughters baptism here and it was 10/10, the food, management, and cleanliness is on point. The prices are fare and the food is always fresh and portion sizes are generous.

My husband and I shared a Molcajete Michoacán, which comes with steak, chicken, and pork. It was so flavorful. It also came with rice and beans and hand-made corn tortillas. We were hungry, yet wasn't able to finish it as the portion was huge! The place is smaller than their Monterey location, but the service is just as friendly. I'd say the restaurant can fit roughly 50 people or a little less. Not too big at all.

Small cozy place, good for lunch and dinner. Very well prepared food and generous portions. We go here whenever we are in town.

If would be a much better rating and experience the portions were consistent. Some times you get a little less.

Came in for $1.50 Taco Tuesday and walked out paying almost $4/taco. Was told by waitress and manager that they accidentally rang up the wrong tacos and there was nothing they could do. Good flavor but terrible service.

This place is tiny but the food is delicious. Due to the size of the restaurant it can often get busy, and service slows down. I highly recommend calling ahead of time with a to go order. Hands down one of my favorite Mexican food places to go to

La Casa de Sazon 2 in Park Row in Salinas. Finally, I got to try brunch here while waiting for the horse parade. I ordered breakfast chilaquiles with an over medium egg and rice & beans and fresh homemade corn tortillas with a spicy green sauce. I was really impressed. Great food and the flavors really worked. The fresh homemade corn tortillas were lightly grilled and added a nice touch too. My meal included chips and salsa. Service was quick and attentive. I got my order in before the rush as I was trying to see the rodeo horse parade. The interior is a bit small probably fits 20-30 ish with a 4 barstools. Timing is the key to this place.

Way overpriced food. Worse was the quality! Ordered 2 popusas de chicharron, it came out to just under $30! And, they were gross! Greasy and the so called chicharrones were stale, hard and looked more like days old carnitas that were heated up in the microwave! The walls were completely bare and with a dingy looking color. Not a pleasant looking place to have a meal! Never again will I eat at this place nor would I recommend it to anyone! Luckily, I discovered another little spot that is Great!
