La michoacana plus (Salinas,CA.)

I would give it a five star rating but i wanted to get a late night snack at around 9:30 PM and they have closed. It says that they are closed by 10 PM.

The girls are rude and close long before the time they have registered, they say they close at 10 and at 9:30 they no longer want to serve you, terrible service!

Very nice people, great service however my order was horrible. I ordered 2 bionicos and the melon was nasty ?, I found a strawberry leaf in mine, the cream was expired, the strawberries were old and also tasted very nasty. Personally I will not be buying from this place again.

They have a huge sign saying closes at 10pm but went and it was already closed at 9:40 pm please fix your time , that’s false advertising.

Place was hot when we walked in and had no AC, sun was going straight through the window with not any cool breeze. Waited in the line for more than 20 minutes patiently while the worker took her sweet time to finish what I could’ve done in 2 minutes in 6. When I got to the front she completely skipped me and went onto the next person in line? I’m about 5’10, there’s no way in hell she didn’t see me. Not coming back, definitely letting others know about the experience as well.

I came in today and there was a little line but the 2 ladies working handled it very well and professionally and it went fairly quickly. The lady who helped me was very kind, I wish I caught here name to thank her but she knows who she is. I'd definitely stop by and check this place out. Fair on prices as well.

They ice creams are good BUT they can only put one flavor on the small cup. They DO put two scoops of ice cream on the cup, but they must be of the same flavor. You have to buy the medium sized cup (with is like a point of ice cream) to be able to pick two flavors. This looks like a tricky way to force people spend more than needed.

This is the third time I go before 9:30 PM and the workers don’t let us in but yet they let a whole family of 7 go in and order; when I went back to the door and asked why they deny us service and let someone else in 5 minutes later. They didn’t know what to say but later on say they are family that’s why they come in to order. Please update your Bussines hours if you close before 9:30 PM put that in your hours don’t put 10:00 PM; but chose who to let in. As a business you want to make sure you’re giving the correct hours of closing time to the clients, and don’t close the door right in their face but yet let others in and order.

First time going there HORRIBLE, will never be going back! They didn't make my food as expected orderd strawberries and cream and literally had no cream at all so not satisfied also ordered a bionico the worst it looked disgusting!! Did not bother eating at all! All you care about it the money, and don't care about costumers! All these bad reviews you guys have they should cancel you LA MICHOACANA PLUS, I called to asked for a refund and even the own manager hung up on me while still talking! So unprofessional!! And if I can rate this place a 0 out of 5 I would definitely rate it a 0.
