The lady at the register was extremely rude, she did not let me place my order in peace, she kept hurrying me up. She only gave me my order half done and when I asked for the rest of my order she acted like I was lying. I don’t like to feel like I’m begging for something I clearly paid for. I also noticed that they do not do the orders in sequence they do what they feel like doing, they seem to be very friendly to the men, it’s happened more than once and it had been years since I stepped in there! Seems like they have only a few stars for customer service which would means I can’t be the only one. Lastly, my order was messed up, I asked to have ingredients omitted and I couldn’t eat my food and because of the customer service is terrible, I was reluctant to go ask for a change. This attitude from the employees definitely discourages people from coming back who would rather take their business where they feel welcome.

I ordered a Menudo with pata! The Menudo was lukewarm, it only served me 8 pieces of meat and about 10 bones! And the leg included the large chopped onion and cilantro, I asked for an extra lemon and he made me face by giving it to me (he handed it to me from his hand without gloves) to my hand where hygiene is! With the same hand they charge they ship! More attention to staff!!!

My moms bread had a tooth pick and all they told her was to get a new piece of bread. Horrible service. Do better lol. Expensive bread for such poor quality. We weren’t asking for a new piece of bread. They could’ve addressed the situation better. Horrible management!
