On 01/25/24 I order a pizza with three toppings. I was running late and didn't check the pizza until I got to work. They only got one topping right. I called and told them it was wrong and they said to bring it back, I let them know that I wouldn't be able to come until after work. I went and brought the pizza back around 6:20 pm and a guy said he'd write a note to let them know not to charge me. I called today 01/26/24 that I would be coming to pick it up soon and the lady said that she needs to check if I returned a pizza, I said to check your cameras because I did turned it in. I went in personally and she lied saying I never did, she said she asked the guy back there and it wasn't even the guy that took the pizza, and I'm she didn't check her camera because she would of saw me bring it back. I'm beyond mad, she wouldn't give me a new pizza or my money back, and now their customer service line is taking forever to pick up the phone.

One of only two Little Caesars I like in the Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties. Little Caesars isn't what it used to be, but this Little Caesars and the one in Gonzales hasn't lost its touch. Employees aren't the happiest looking group of teens, but as long as they continue to make their pizza this good, I won't complain.

Location is the problem. There is just not enough parking to go around it's too busy. Food is good and staff up front are young and hip.

At least a dozen people waiting for their food but the two teenage girls were too busy flirting with their co-workers, cursing and giving off the loudest most egregious cackles. Even said co-workers had to tell them to do their job. Finally got tired of it and called them out. Magically everyone's orders were ready at the same time.

Terrible experience, don't know why I keep coming back. Ordered online, got the confirmation email but never the one that it had been placed in the portal. Showed up and found out my pizza had never been made 30mins after it was due!! Asked for a manager and they avoided me, didn't even apologize and did not compensate me for wasting my time! They ended up giving me an old pizza that wasn't even what I ordered and was absolutely disgusting.Store Order ID: 1057709 • Store Location Number: 822 • Order Number: 121Transaction Reference #243565974

It's Little Caesars so, ya know . . . But not bad. Food quality and taste is subjective so it depends on the person, but I like Lil Caesars, especially thin crust. The thing is, they're always almost, if not completely staffed by teenagers. While they get it done, at this location I've had some minor issues. The "ready" part of "Hot n Ready" is lacking here. At peak times, there's usually a short 5 - 10 min wait, even for the classic pepperoni. Also, the last time I went, I called ahead to order a thin crust pepperoni, bc they don't keep them ready and it was 530 - 6pm. But the girl on the phone told me to just come and get it, so I asked if they had one ready - as they never do. She said "yea, it's ready, just come and get it" and hung up. I got there 6 minutes later and they not only didn't have a thin crust but had nothing ready at all. Told me 25+ minutes for a thin crust - which would have been fine if they told me that on the phone and I had something I could have done in the meantime. Instead, I opted to just get a classic and still wait 10 min.Not the end of the world, but totally defeated the whole purpose of going there. I just feel like if there was ever a manager or adult, or even a highschool student with some knowledge or experience with the business side, not just making the pizza, they would know just how easy it is (even without computer programs or AI) to just look at sales records and be more able to have the hot n ready's . . . Ready.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like pizza? And it's cheap, good for feeding a family. And it quick . . . Best not to wait with hungry munchkins buggin out.Parking: It's in a strip mall, in a corner. While there is a good size parking lot, it is usually very busy and especially for lil Caesars you have to park away and walk over. But helps burn calories from pizza.
