Ordered for pickup and pizza wasn't ready until almost an hour later since I ordered. Walk-ins got their pizza as soon as they paid (those pizza's didn't have a sticker indicating the order #, they were freshly made-meaning people can just get those pizza's upon paying). They don't seem to prioritize orders for pickup.

the 2 girls in front working cashiers kept going in the back leaving the lobby with clients unattended would come back & be checking their phones . placed an order on the phone waited 20 minutes like they said went inside for my order and they made me wait another 15 minutes bc they didnt get started on my order . my crazy bread sticks were half way cooked .

There's this older lady who was taking my order who told me to order correctly.. I'm not trying to be messed up but she didn't understand me even though I went into details on how I want a pizza that's half and half with different toppings. It's not my fault she didn't understand because of the language barrier. I just thought that was disrespectful, she could of just told me to go slower or something and I would have understood.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. This place takes a very long time to help customers and have their orders ready. We ordered over the phone and they said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. We waited a little more to go in & they ended up saying to wait 40 more minutes. These workers really need to be more responsible and do better. I’ve seen a lot of customers come out very upset from here.

Went in around 6 cashier who was in her 30s cake on make up and black hair brush back really doesn't know how to manage time well was told 20 min wait ended up waiting longer was extremely rude and must have piss off 2 people before me since they literally tossed 2 perfectly good pizza away after getting their pizza after me and they were there before me
