They take too long, they make a mistake in the order, they made me wait almost 1 hour for a bag of bread... too late and there is not even anyone at the front... and not even an apology will reward us.

Made an online order one hr ahead. They didn't have it ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes for it. No hot and ready. Employees here are dry and don't care much about taking care of the customer..they didn't even have napkins. Little Caesars quality is not worth that much effort.

I placed my order at 1:38 pm and received it at 2:25. I was told it would only be 10 minutes. I had a very uncomplicated order and yet I saw multiple people go in and order things and walk out in a very short amount of time. This is just ridiculous and extremely frustrating.

Placed order 24 hours before. Receipt noted estimated ready time 6:00pm.Arrived at 6:15pm . Young sever girl said it wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes. When questioned why server was rude and couldn’t have cared less. Obviously food was late for family party. Definitely won’t be a repeat customer!

I ordered two pizza and the assistant told me you have to wait 40 minutes, I paid and came back after 40 minutes, to get my order, but another assistant told me the order is not ready, I said but your co worker told me 40 minutes! She said she is new!! Then I waited 15 minutes, and no order! After I told her it’s 15 minutes now! Then she went inside and brought my pizza!! While I was waiting, three costumes ordered and she told them 40 minutes!!
Can’t connect to anyone, they’re either understaffed or just plain don’t answer the phone and very rude customer service
