Food was ok. Pizza is very thin. Menu is small. Service was slow, but staff was friendly. Restaurant is esthetically nice.

Didn't take them long to start charging a outrageous price for music and events great community members all about the Almighty dollar some of the worst service and not a n/a beer in site all about booze and bucks

As a group we spent $500+ dollars and we're still ordering drinks but they told us we had to leave because we weren't going to pay for a lame comedy show. That's wild!!

We have been going to Heirloom Pizza a few times a year for a while now and have always enjoyed great food and good service. This was until last night. The food was still delicious and the server was good. That was the limit of a good experience. The hostess had a look that we were bothering her by wanting to eat there. We arrived about 7pm and they were busy, but it only took about 10 minutes to be seated. We ordered fairly quickly and then waited for over 50 minutes to have an appetizer to reach our table and another 25 minutes for our main dish. By the time we received our appetizer the restaurant had only 5-6 tables with people still sitting. We understand that it takes a little longer for a deep dish pizza, but well over an hour in unacceptable. In the 50 minutes we saw no less than a dozen or so orders go out the door for pickup orders. I understand they sell pizza and there is likely a large amount of business that doesn't come an stay to eat, but we felt forgotten. If we choose to go back, maybe we should order before arriving.

Heirloom is just what salinas needs, from comedy shows, to live bands, to blue grass to reggae, to hip hop this place has it all! Food is fantastic, atmosphere is amazing. My personal favorite is the pesto pizza. I love that they have a happy hour, take out and a take and bake out! So many options to choose. To the owners Mike & Kristen special shout out for bring something like this to salinas as we NEEDES THIS!!
Ps I see alot of post about parking, this is a south salinas problem not a heirloom problem.

I watched the Ca. Rodeo Band put on a great show. The stage at the heirloom is big and provides a great view for the audience. Drinks were good, service throughout the show was good, and the food was good.

Overview:
-although warned the pizza may take 30 minutes to be ready, it took well over that and after about 40 minutes, they said it was because it got busy but I got there right as it opened when there was only about 3 other tables occupied. They served the party of 10+ that arrived after us first.
-the drink was yummy but was tiny and most of it was a huge block of ice. Very expensive for what you get
- the tables for two are tiny, there was barley about space for our plates and drinks. I almost dropped my pizza of the topper because of this.
- As we were heading out and thinking about how our meal of 1 large pizza, 1 mixed drink and 1 soda came out to $100, we noticed they charged us for an extra pizza we never ordered.

2 stars instead of 1 because the pizza was okay, but definitely not worth the price. Expensive with not the best atmosphere or set up, but the bathrooms are nice so I’ll give them that.

Caught a live music show. Great crowd energy, to the point it was sold out and standing room only. There was only one bartender though, who was working his tail off with incredible energy. As in, 15 minutes to get a drink each time. Another was handling non-cocktail orders. Then the main guy was gone for some reason, replaced by another bartender, who was similarly overwhelmed but with less energy. Everyone seemed to love their pizza.

Thin crust Arugulala pizza is fantastic! The wings are also a great choice to pair with their pizza. I would advise to try and go during the slower hours as the times I’ve gone around dinner time food can take a long time. It took over 40+ min for a large thin crust pizza
The staff are friendly but it seems that they are understaffed given how long the food takes to arrive. I would agree that the music is a bit too loud.
