Chris, the owner, is a great guy, and his menu of meals are awesomely healthy. When the wife and I go out of town, we will go straight to his website and order meal preps for the week, pick a time coming back into town, and the staff have them in the refrigerator ready to go. Fast, healthy , and convenient.

MaxFit: Get Shredded by yacking your guts up all night by eating meals that aren't past their expiration date yet. The manager is also kind enough to not exchange spoiled food for fresh food. I have been eating nothing but MaxFit meals for 14 days, wisdom from the manager, make sure you freeze them to last longer; even though they aren't past the expiration.

They got rid of the meal plan, one of the main reasons I liked using them. Time to prepare my own meals again. Real shame.
Recently purchased a protein boba drink to try, but it ended up destroying my stomach. I waited for about 15 to 18 minutes for the drink and even then it wasn’t properly prepared. I still had chunks of protein powder in the drink and it was very warm. As I was in a rush, I couldn’t return the drink and felt obligated to drink it because it was about $7. I regret every second of that decision and my stomach is paying the price. BE CAREFUL!

Fake creatine ! I bought two “gaspari nutrition “ creatine containers and they were sealed and all but when I took off the blue seal I opened the cap and the lid was already opened and the creatine is too clumpy ??Also the gaspari brand is fake it isn’t the authentic one do the research on the real gaspari creatine

The Creatine is honestly fake my boyfriend and I bought one and it came sealed opened when taking off the lid also the packaging isn’t the same as the original one it’s way different do not recommend.
