Enjoy coming here but the low stars is for the opening times.. I am an early gym person due to work and opening at 9am and 10am on the weekends is a huge bummer! For a store that’s based around fitness they should be at least open by 8am.. Hope this changes soon!

Chris, the owner, is a great guy, and his menu of meals are awesomely healthy. When the wife and I go out of town, we will go straight to his website and order meal preps for the week, pick a time coming back into town, and the staff have them in the refrigerator ready to go. Fast, healthy , and convenient.

MaxFit: Get Shredded by yacking your guts up all night by eating meals that aren't past their expiration date yet. The manager is also kind enough to not exchange spoiled food for fresh food. I have been eating nothing but MaxFit meals for 14 days, wisdom from the manager, make sure you freeze them to last longer; even though they aren't past the expiration.
