Waited in line this morning for ten minutes got up to the order station and was informed by the management they didn't have anything except coffee ! This place has always been slow. NEVER AGAIN!

Easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Ordered one McChicken, got told to park. But after 30 minutes, I went inside and was ignored for another 30. Meanwhile, the manager, Chava, was yelling at staff, using offensive language in Spanish. Then he made a disgusting comment about a “fat kid” at the counter, saying he would probably order more because he “won’t get full.” The guy just kept badmouthing employees while scrolling on his phone. When I got my McChicken, it was stale and cold.

Kiosks did not work, I tried 2.
Double Quarter pounder came out super greasy, box was greasy, grease soaked through bun. They refused to replace it, saying that's how they come out. My husband inly orders that sandwich, and this is the only McDonalds that served a greasy quarter pounder.
