Went in at around 5:20pm order 3 happy meals 2 with 6 piece nuggets and 1 with a hamburger and a $5 spicy Mcchicken meal drove home 25 minutes away and just whe the kids were ready to eat one happy meal had the nuggets missing. Not a good feeling

I always order mobile pick up, trying to make it convenient for me and my 2 small kids, but they have been times they take forever to bring the food out. More than twice, I've had to go in after checking in and waiting for an extended period of time. Yesterday, I waited over 15 min after checking in. I walked in and saw the order on the counter and other orders being delivered to tables. By the time I got home, the fries were cold. Next time, I'll just go through the drive through even when lines are long.
The last time this happened I waited over 10 min. I went inside and the food was on the counter. I could no longer check the status of the order on the mobile app so I was worried it was no longer available. I asked the worker if it had been sitting there the whole time and asked if the fries were cold. She just said they could replace them. It's a hit and kiss, sometimes they are fast.

I ordered here today and a lady helped me out a lot even explained to me the Mc donald’s app a lil bit, then the mangers curdious behavior aswell as the clean environment though I think I sat on a table that hadn’t been clean yet but it was worth the sun light made for a really good experience. I ordered a big breakfast with extra egg thoe I don’t think it had enough extra egg but it still filled me up and I wasn’t hungry at all for more so honestly great 👍 😊 experience.

It’s hit or miss. You never know when they’ll be a line 30 cars long or no wait at all. Food is standard McDonalds fare. I think their orange hi-c is what keeps me coming back.
