The staff are not only inconsiderate but rude. I had ordered on the app and chose table service. Was with my son and working taking phone calls from work. (Which is why I chose table service because I was going to be on the phone and didnt want to miss my number). However as I waited for a while the gentleman had asked if my name was and I told him and he stated they have been calling me. Which shiuldnt be the case since I cleary asked for table. As I went I had clarified and told the lady its for dine in and had my table number. She didint even aknowledge me. She just put a tray and walked away. I was so upset. I didnt expect a dramatic apology but at least aknowdledge your error and quick apology but no she then proceeded to avoid me.

Today my bf and I went in to get ice cream cones and as soon as we got into our car we realized that first lick it didn’t taste right. We noticed that the ice cream had a weird taste. But we thought we were exaggerating until we continued to take a few more licks. Well guess what the ice cream mix was expired. Never going back. Plus they close their restrooms way too early. This happened around 8 in the afternoon. I saw how rude the employee was to the lady who had asked if they were open and the employee responded with attitude “no there closed” like aren’t you supposed to close them when lobby is closed?

I ordered typical quarter pounder with cheese and fries. I was a little disappointed by the fries they're not as good as they used to be I don't think it's the fault of this particular restaurant. I think has to do with the type of oil they use to fry them in now.
