This location consistently rips off customers by shorting the order. The employees need better training as wel as the manager. When you all to complain about being ripped off she says she can't hear you over the noise. Lousy service.

Worst McDonald’s ever me and my family went there took them 37 minutes to get our food but they got the Order wrong then went to get ketchup from the counter no one acknowledged me just looked and walked away then when I went to leave I was gonna get a refill the soda machine down so I went to the counter ask the guy if I can get a refill the guy said I help you and then never helped me so I just threw the soda away overall rather go to Wendy better customer service

My 78 year old mother has been collecting the Korean toys in the Happy Meals. I think its so cute...lol I have gone to all McDonald's to help her in her collection. This particular McDonald's did not want to tell me what toy was available even if I purchased a Happy Meal. I didnt want extras. I wouldn't have mind buying a Happy Meal if I needed to but to just not tell you what toy was available? Ridiculous! I've NEVER had a McDonald's refusing to say what toy they were giving out. Shout out to McDonald's on Boronda and Natividad for not being so greedy. They happily sold me 2 toys and I also bought a regular meal. N. Main will not be getting my business.
