I’ve had a number of different situations while visiting this McDonald’s mainly with one of the managers being rude and at one point throwing the receipt at my elderly grandfather when they made a mistake on their end not charging him for a sweet tea he asked for when ordering. Yes I did call the number but nothing was done. However I was on this side of town today and I stopped by to order my daughter some pancakes and this is what I received when I got home, there are two hairs visible on the first pancake . I called numerous times and no one answered the phone so I drove back and got a refund. Spend a few extra minutes and just go to north main.

This place ALWAYS will give you cold fries. morning, cold fries. afternoon, cold fries. Night time, cold fries. its never busy so I'm assuming they make their fries early in the day and just reheat the ones they don't sell through out the day. I can back this up because sometimes i will get hot fries but they will be chewy like cold fries. Hell I've even got a mixture of hot fries and cold fries in the same box. If you like cold fries then damn this is your lucky day!!

Waited 10 minutes for one order of large fries...I had to ask for my food7...employees were rude as if they didn't want to work or be at work, almost like I was bothering them
Such poor customer service from the counter person . No smile, welcome, greeting. And they make $20 and hour? Had similar experience at this location when first visited. Won't be returning

Ok, so i quit drinking soda and drinks with sugar a few weeks ago. (This is important!) This was during my lunch break, btw.
So I ordered an Unsweetened Tea. The person taking my order thought I said sweet tea, but I corrected her and she got it right, before I paid in the drive thru. I get my order, drive back to work, take a drink...Sweet Tea...irritated, I drive back thinking it's gonna be easy. Nope! Asked for a replacement. 1 worker had no issue. She asked another woman for a tea with no sugar. 2nd woman hands me a tea and mumbles "ssss tea." So I say, "the tea with no sugar, right?" Then she gets mad, "that's what Unsweetened tea means!!!" While rolling her eyes.
One of the dumbest experiences I've had. Lol. Who wants sarcasm and a terrible interaction during their lunchbreak?
Will NOT return. As everyone can see, the owners need to retrain the staff, because they're getting out of hand. Petty attitude.

Went in to get my kid breakfast.(Not my normal McD)Many shady people in the restaurant, major issues with the restrooms leading to a man blatantly going into the women's restroom and the drama afterwards.Ordered at kiosk and took a number. Apparently my food was ready but never delivered to the table. Never called out, a fellow patron had to inform me it was ready.Dirty, seats missing, no hand sanitiser in 3 different dispensers(wasn't going into the bathroom with the existing drama mentioned above)At the very least, the food didn't make me sick. Maybe stick to drive thru.
