Great service and friendly employees. They are on it! And if they mess up your order they will fix it. Food always fresh and hot! Recently I went in to buy a meal and to purchase some Happy Meal toys my 78 year old mother has been collecting. They sold me 2! I didnt have the same nice experience with the McDonald's on N. Main. They even refused to tell me what toy they had for the day!! I will NEVER go to that store again. Im so happy the owner of the E.Boronda McDonald's knows how to make their customers happy. This is definitely my go to McDonald's. Thank you and your staff for being so kind. I've been going to this McDonald's since my 21 year old was 3! Never change!

you obviously can't have high expectations for McDonald's at 11pm but damn, I ordered some sauces in my online order and they didn't even put any in the bag at all. I had to ask them after being handed the food 👎👎👎

I’ve had a number of different situations while visiting this McDonald’s mainly with one of the managers being rude and at one point throwing the receipt at my elderly grandfather when they made a mistake on their end not charging him for a sweet tea he asked for when ordering. Yes I did call the number but nothing was done. However I was on this side of town today and I stopped by to order my daughter some pancakes and this is what I received when I got home, there are two hairs visible on the first pancake . I called numerous times and no one answered the phone so I drove back and got a refund. Spend a few extra minutes and just go to north main.

This place ALWAYS will give you cold fries. morning, cold fries. afternoon, cold fries. Night time, cold fries. its never busy so I'm assuming they make their fries early in the day and just reheat the ones they don't sell through out the day. I can back this up because sometimes i will get hot fries but they will be chewy like cold fries. Hell I've even got a mixture of hot fries and cold fries in the same box. If you like cold fries then damn this is your lucky day!!
