I have experienced RUDE customer service by one particular lady with glasses on multiple visits. She was rude ringing me up. No eye contact, no thank you or have a nice day. She was also rude when I asked for a side of pesto. When asked she preceded to tell me I needed to asked when making my pizza, which is understandable. After I said thank you, she stayed silent. I actually liked the pizza and topping options, just unfortunate that the lady who seemed to be the supervisor was rude to me and her staff.

This was the first time visiting here. It wasn't that bad. Place was pretty empty & fairly chilly which was unusually seeing it was cold and raining out side. It felt like the AC was as on. I got the artichoke spinach dip pizza and was not disappointed!! If I was smart I woulda added chicken to my pizza to make it complete. My daughter got the cheese pizza and my son created his own. It was nice that the cheese pizza was on a special price for ordering the MOD size. We didn't have to wait long for our order to come out and we all shared a slice of each others and had nothing left over. Their crust was SUPER thin which was fine, but next time I think I'll get their thicker crust to see what that's like. We signed up for their rewards program to earn a free dessert. My kids loved their cute Valentine's Day decoration in the corner.

the margarita pizza is amazing and the greek salad is the pinnacle of western civilization, I don’t think i’ve ever had something so great and I don’t think I will ever have something that can top that salad. the salad was so good I ate like 3/5ths of it and it was like a massive bowl, and by massive I mean like mixing bowl massive.

Won't be back. Ordered a new product. The room was pleasantly quiet. After I paid and sat down some kind of alternative crap starts blaring painfully loudly from an overhead speaker. Moving away from the speaker didn't help. Asked to have "music" turned down. Was told that "we can't, it's preprogrammed." The food product came apart in my hand, and partly had to be gnawed from the wrapper, but that's partly my fault for ordering it. MOD, you have preprogrammed me to avoid the place from now on. I like my hearing better than I like your food.

Workers are so extremely rude and act like they absolutely hate their jobs and their guests. The pizza crust is also super thin, Blaze is 100 percent better. DONT ever come here.

There's always one guy in the evenings with a hat and glasses , he's always very rude and short shouts at you and is never polite to me or my kids. Super frustrating that this is the service you get. Honestly if you don't like your job switch because it doesn't make anyone want to come back to get anything as long as he is behind the counter shouting and being rude to children

Consistently good. Love the unlimited toppings. Order online for curbside pick up. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes upon arrival. Allow a solid 45 minutes from the time of order till pizza is in hand.

The staff there seems like they'd rather be anywhere but there. None had eye contact; even with each other. Short responses to everything. It felt like they were closed at 8:30 but are really open until 10. Food was good. Ordered the cheesy garlic bread and didn't get the dipping sauce. Pretty disappointed overall.
