This spot became my go to ālunch dinnerā spot for when I stayed in Salinas, CA for the Sea Otter Classic. Iāll straight up say it, all other restaurants just didnāt look appetizing. I consistently got Beef Pho w/ egg rolls.
I repeatedly went here for 3 days straight.

Iāve been coming here for a while now but I should have stopped sooner. The waitress is always extremely rude along with the guy cashier. She always slams the menu down and rolls her eyes (they might be stuck like that Iām not sureā¦) and huffs and puffs for simply ordering. Today Mr. Noodle threw change at my partner and gave us a horrific attitude. Never going to this establishment again, Noodle Bar in Marina is a bit more pricey but way more worth it for food quality and quality of service!

They give heaps of food. The menu is not very diverse but the portions are very generous. The food was good. It would be nice if they had spicy versions of some of their dishes. That way it would have more flavor. The workers were kind to my friend and I. The place was calm and clean but it was small. I recommend this place.
Parking: The parking lot is for a whole shopping center, so there is plenty of parking.

Definitely recommend coming here and trying the food out. When I went to order, I asked what is/could be made vegan and the response I got was:
ā¢ Tofu Spring Rolls
ā¢ Vegetable Chow Mein ( I was told that egg noodles were NOT used)
ā¢ Tofu Stir-Fry
As always, I would urge you to always specify something being vegan. I made sure to confirm no animal by products were being used. They seemed knowledgeable about what vegan means so thatās good.
Overall, everything I got was tasty and I will definitely be going again. They could definitely improve on the vegan labeling though. Would make so much easier to see what is/could be vegan!
