The huevos rancheros were very good. They are different from New Mexico where I am from but they were very good.

This place has been closed for a couple of weeks. Appears to be shuttered for good.

My omlette was so good. My husband had French toast and was delighted to find it was made with French bread. My kidlet thought his hash browns weren't hot enough. The menu has changed since I was last there and their food was delicious.

I ordered chicken fried stake, over hard eggs with a side of biscuit and gravy. The eggs came over soft, when I mentioned it to server she took them back to the cook. They must've thought I didn't speak Spanish and I over heard him say "pues que coma en su casa" (he should eat at home)When the server came back I told her I heard what he said. She acted like she didn't hear him say anything but that he would con the eggs right. Also the gravy was heavily salted.I'M NEVER RETURNING TO THIS RESTAURANT......

Went there today on a friend's recommendation.... And we definitely won't be going back. Let's start with the beginning.... Walked in to two of the waitstaff (or it may have been one of the waitstaff and Norma herself, we don't know!) FaceTiming with someone and not paying attention to customers. There were quite a few cars in the parking lot, but the number of customers inside definitely didn't match. We got seated and then it took a while to get a menu -- a two-sided, laminated piece of paper that didn't have many options. My wife is vegetarian, and there were only a handful of items that were good for her.... She ordered a veggie omelet with avocado. She pulled several pieces of ham and bacon out of her omelet, along with a large piece of egg shell. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs, and it was pretty good. The eggs were a bit burnt, but tasted ok--if a bit bland. The house potatoes needed a good dusting of salt, pepper, and Tabasco to cure their blandness, but that was ok. The biscuits were crumbly and appeared to be out of a bag--not home made. One other mishap was getting a drink refill.... It was actually taken to the wrong table! Considering that there were only two tables in use on our side of the restaurant, that seemed more than a bit weird to me. As I said, we definitely won't be going back.

Perfect mix of American style food with Mexican food options. Waitress is always on point and really nice.

Norma's is a nice family place. We stopped for lunch and we're pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The coffee was a touch bitter but nothing a little extra sugar can't fix. The service was absolutely amazing, I would definitely go back.

If I could give zero stars I could. The food was good but the customer service was horrible. We were double charged and thinking it was a glitch in the system I went back weeks later to have them overturn the charge. Was told me that it was impossible for the system make this mistake yet I did happen. After showing them that I was charged two times in one-day they wanted more “proof”. This is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this anywhere else. We have contacted the manager and she has ignored us after promising to look into it. Places do right by their customers and provide either a refund or a complementary meal for the next time that we go. This is not gonna happen again because we will not go back again.

Honestly if you could avoid it please do. The hash browns were greasy as well as the egg. We stopped to eat there because everything else was full and this place was empty. The food had no flavor. Staff was nice we were served quick but again it was empty. If they could get a new chef or bring in new ideas to the kitchen I know this place could be better. It's been a few hours now and I feel sick. My stomach is hurting and nauseous

Absolutely delicious meal! I ordered the country fried steak with a side a crispy bacon. The steak was cooked perfectly, hash browns cooked to perfection. I like them cooked soft with a slightly crispy top. And the bacon was crispy like I like it. Perfect portion size. I wish I had taken a picture to share but I ate it to quickly. I'm full and completely satisfied. My one request would be to secure the food when delivered. Staple or tape the bag, as this would make the customer a little more comfortable.
