Went there today around noon time. Most of the trays were nearly empty. Had to wait for pretty much everything, like fried noodles and the NEW Spicy Orange Chicken. Waited for a very long time. Finally saw the cashier, a young man, to just put two shallow scoops of orange chicken to my order. Then found out that the New Spicy Orange Chicken tasted just like the original one. Most likely that the cashier just gave me the original one not the new spicy one I ordered. Very disappointed. The staff are not well trained. They were running around like chickens got the heads cut off. The food was not hot (even though they just made it and I waited for a long time for it?!), not flavorful and fresh... Very disappointed. Not going to return again!

I went today i order to eat in my car, chow mein with green beans chicken and steak with shrimp.First food cold ,after more than 20 minutes wait ,supposedly for fresh food; and taste like reheat food,then the steak was just 2 pieces ,and when i order on others location is spicy and super seasoned but here was 0 flavor and 2 shrimps,the chicken was just green beans with 2 or 3 pieces of chicken everything in the plate was veggies , I'm really dessapoint with this restaurant, this is the second chance I gave, but it's not going a be a 3rd one. I hope this change bc it is a franchise is supposed to taste the same no matter the location.

I been eating at this restaurant since it opened because I work at Safeway. The food used to be ok when I have nothing else to eat. Ever since Grace (manager) arrived the place been more crowded and the food tasted better. The noodles and rice used to be under cook and the quality of food wasn’t that great. Under Grace’s management the food tastes fresher and the rice and noodles cook perfectly. There seem to be more customers and staffs there so the line is quick and the services are awesome. I been eating there more often now.

The guy that helped me was extremely helpful (because I'm picky) in explaining the plate vs. having my food in the to go boxes which is what I wanted. Having my food in the to go boxes in a la cart and can be expensive which he explained. Most places don't go the extra mile anymore. Thank you.
I ordered an hour n a half before closing time and they changed my order til the next day, after that I went with only an hour before closing hour and the employees said they had closed already
I ordered through the app and I was missing food in my order, it had never happened to me and you called the store number and they never answered, terrible service

The food was very good. Tasted fresh. I had the orange chicken and pepper steak. The orange chicken was a fresh batch and I really enjoyed my food. They had a lot of people working and they were all working. Had the watermelons mango drink and it was also good to try
