The service is dissatisfied,manager have a bad attitude and her personality is lack of experience,not willing to provide service to her costumers . Place is disgusted the restroom is dirty . I never come back again . Food not tasty at all .

After a long time I finally decided to visit panera. I ordered the soup and sandwich but that soups weren't ready until like 1hr, so I ended up getting half sandwich and salad.
I chose the Bacon Ranch (hot) sandwich and a Cesar salad. I didn't ask for lettuce in my sandwich but it didn't have any. Even though it looks very simple it tastes good.. The salad was simple, but I was pleased to see they used good parmesan shavings

Going to Panera used to be fun. We went to the Salinas location at the Northridge Mall. I went in the main entrance nearest the store to be greeted by a guard and steel barricades between the parking lot and The Panera lot. I was told that I had to go around the entire mall. I did a u-turn and went back down the street and went through another entrance. The guard couldn't tell me why the steel barricades were there. We walked into the lobby which was nice and clean. To be greeted by -nobody-. Plastic screens were available to take our order. We decided on a new chicken sandwich. A short time later My name was called and I went to pick it up. I looked at the orders. And I couldn't believe that this little sandwich was designed to serve two people. Literally 4 bites And it was gone. As a side dish we were given a 1 oz bag of potato chips. It was ridiculously skimpy. To be fair, the sandwich was good. What little there was. We left hungry. And went to the grocery store to buy more food. I won't be back.
Store is nice staff is pleasant. I ordered via the Penera AP, I ordered a value duet the meal shown on this review was what is promoted on there AP as a meal duet. Half sandwich and small soup sounds perfect and the price is a value....for what is shown. The second picture is the so called half sandwich. The thing is not half sandwich it looks like it belongs in a happy meal. This is just sad!

I used to like this place but I guess not anymore! We bought some chicken BBQ sandwiches that barely had chicken and got the onions more on the raw side, I also ordered Bacon Mac&cheese that had no macaroni it was mostly sauce in my cup. In that same order we bought 2 cookies that were missing and when we went back to the place to tell them about the poor quality and cookies missing the lady just gave me the cookies and said "okay have a good day" nothing else, when I mentioned we had really poor quality in the order she didn't even bother to ask or say anything. So I am not going back to this location ever and hope other locations will still have the quality and service we like.

Panera staff was great. I had a manager offer to help me take my families food t9 my table as I went for my drinks. Then as we were walking out of the restaurant another staff member stopped my children to give them dessert (a small brownie square). We love Panera and we always feel welcome.
