I meet the owner. And he was very rude. He rushed me and was just not nice at all. It was such a bad experience it made me not even wanna eat his food. I pray he realises he needs to be kind to his customers. Because my experience was horrible. Everything I asked him seemed to bother him.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PASTA PLACE! The food is so yummy, affordable, and has great presentation. I love getting the pasta there on my break or lunch because they are so quick. I never write reviews, but this is my favorite spot. Amazing people!!
This is for the mall location, I just witnessed the cook go from cooking to cleaning all without washing his hands. He was touching the pasta and other ingredients with hid baree hands before placing them in those metals training ers then grabbing the mop and mopping then cleaning the counters then touching the food again with his bare hands, no gloves and no hand washing. Sat here for about 30 minutes while waiting for my ride to pick me up so I just witnessed 5 orders get made with no proper food handling

If there is lower than zero stars I will give it to this place. I ordered Mariscada pasta based on the description that it is not spicy. It turned out to be spicy. You should be honest with your description. Do not go to this place.

I don't recommend I found a cockrouch in my shrimp fetuchini they use a towel to clean there hand its inside the mol and he touches the food with his hands and it's disgusting I don't recommend I OLMOST GOT

I would always go to this place, but ever since they opened up the spot in the mall it went downhill. I’ve had horrible customer service and I’m not one to speak up. Placed an order at 6:14 for pick up and not once did they tell me it was ready. They called me at 7:01 saying they are closed and if I am going to pick up the food. I drove from Marina to the mall and I explained where I’m coming from and the lady said it’s fine and she’ll wait for me. When I showed up no one was there, kept calling the number and no one would answer. A few days later, I tried calling for a refund and they said it can’t be issued because they texted me several time and not once did I get a text message. I am very upset, not going back again.

I came to the Pasta Mia at the Northridge mall and got a regular chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It was very watery and tasteless. No flavor what so ever. Almost tasted frozen. Would not recommend.

Called to ask if i should make a big order a day early or the day of, the girl that answered told me it would be okay ordering a day early so i did that. went to go pick up my order today and they tell me theres no order under my name, exactly what is didn't want to happen and exactly why i asked that girl why i asked, if it was gonna be such a problem she should've just told me to order day of
