I had a most UNPLEASANT experience when I called to place an order a moment ago. A woman (Mariana) took my order for a large pizza & hot wings. After she said the wait would be 20 minutes, I told her it was okay & to cancel the order. She abruptly hung up without saying anything. I called back to ask why but instead of answering to perhaps explain the confusion or apologize, she just hung up the phone…3x. 😂 I wasn’t far so I stopped by. I spoke to a soft spoken young lady who was hesitant to give me the ladies name so I asked for a manager. She then went to the woman who presumably hung up on me. The woman proceeds to approach asking how she could help. After hearing her voice & accent I confirmed it was her. She admitted it was her & that she thought she heard me “laughing”, which makes no sense. I’m hungry, why would I laugh? Regardless, laughing does not elicit rudeness. I don’t get it. The woman’s name is Mariana. She clearly doesn’t care about this companies image. I was excited to see a Pizza Factory in the area but I will NOT be returning. Train your staff better. Get ppl who care about their jobs.

The kids all you can eat buffet is so worth it for a 5 year old. $5 pizza and salad buffet and a drink(small refillable soft drink). Has a mini arcade and some prize machines(claw machine, sticker etc.) And a bunch of tvs.

I ordered a medium pizza with ham and bacon and an order of non-spicy bone-in wings, and when I got home, the pizza was Pepperoni and not Ham, and the wings were really hard, very poorly cooked,

Our first visit to Pizza Factory was great! The customer service stood out, Aliya (apologies if I spelled it wrong) was incredibly helpful and let us know about a special deal, which we decided to try. The restaurant was spacious, the tables were clean, and the prices were reasonable. We ordered a veggie pizza with grilled chicken, garlic bread, and buffalo wings. While the pizza and breadsticks were okay, the wings were fantastic! We’re definitely coming back to try more flavors.

Parking: It's in a shopping center plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: Yes it is..every weekend I see family gatherings . Alot of times after kids sports games. They also have a private room to reserve for special events. I see kids enjoying them selves at the Gane machines. It's a nice family place. Good customer service

Always fresh pizza at their lunch buffet - supreme/combo, pepperoni, all meat, hawaiian and some focaccia bread. We don't do the soup much - it's always tomato soup, but the salad bar is pretty good. Freestyle soda also comes with the lunch buffet price of ~$13. That's a good deal!

It’s an okay pizza place but the bad stuff is that pizza was very soggy, raw, and gave me food poisoning. Although the workers were very nice, we were the only ones there and it still took around 27 minutes for 1 large pizza that was like a small from little ceasers. Over priced 20 dollars for a large pizza that was small. You can buy two large pizzas from little ceasers for like 18 bucks.

Went for the lunch buffet. All of the pizza's were cold. We did ask for different pizza and she made one.Purchased a beer and had to go back to the counter to ask for it.The restaurant and bathrooms smelled like sewer. Very disgusting when trying to eat.We were the only two people in the place. Will not go back.
