Staff is attentive and greets you as soon as you walk in the door. The chicken is always hot and crispy never disappoints. Coleslaw is underrated and Texas toast is perfectly buttery. Don’t play yourself and upgrade to a lemonade it’s made fresh. Great addition to Salinas. Management is always attentive.
Pros: employees were friendly, food arrived quickly, sauce is amazing, Texas toast is delish, chicken is tender, ample seating, the outdoor space looks amazing.
Cons: it is unclear how to get in the store from the parking lot, the music is WAY too loud (even the teens next to me validated my opinion), the disco balls are too much, the coleslaw lacks flavor (it needs vinegar, celery seed, parsley), the chicken lacks flavor, the fries are blah.

Today was my first time trying raising cane’s and I had the best customer service experience ever my helper name was Logan, and he was very heartwarming very high spirit and for my first time, trying the food and also meeting the most kindest, respectful and most warm hearted employer made my day and my sister‘s day because of him I can’t wait to go back again❤️
