We have visited Rancho Cielo for dinner on many occasions and always have a very positive experience. The menu selections are creative and delicious.The wait staff is knowledgeable and engaged.The experience that the students receive from the academy is top notch and will definitely prepare them for a career in the restaurant industry.

We had a wonderful meal served by students fine tuning their culinary and service skills. The three of us can't wait to go back. I had a very delicious butter lettuce salad, a wonderful chicken entree and a honey gelato for dessert. My guests had the ravioli entree and the pork chop entree and they both loved their meals. Great parking and a beautiful location with a fabulous view.

We had read about the culinary academy in Salinas and finally went on October 18 2023. It was a wonderful experience. The food was great and it was nice to see the students learning about the culinary profession. The volunteers that help the students were also great. Really hope this program continues helping the young students for many more years. Well done Mario Gonzales

Dinner at Rancho Cielo is a wonderful experience in every way! We first enjoyed a glass of wine on the outdoor patio with a beautiful view. This is a relaxing way to wind down from a long week. The dining room is very nice and the service is terrific. The 3 course menu offers something for everyone. The presentation & proportions are just right, and the tastes are delicious. The dining room atmosphere is casual and friendly. The entire pleasant evening is topped off with a sense of supporting these students who are being equipped to contribute to society and to have successful lives. Rancho Cielo is a win for everybody!
