The food is really good, a little high on the grease and the beef has some tendons in it here and there making it chewy. The flavor is on point tho and i never not finish my tacos.

First time I had these tacos I took them to go… That was my mistake! When I got home and busted down these tacos, the first bite I instantly regretted not getting more! I live about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic away from where they usually set up! If you live in the Salinas area or are stopping through Salinas, this is definitely the go to place to get the best tacos you’ll ever have in your life! My personal favorite is the surf and turf! The only thing I don’t like about this place is that they’re not open Over the weekends Which are my days off! So I have to talk everyone into tacos and drive to get them! Dave is an outstanding businessman and veteran love is upbeat attitude, and professionalism! All the people that work on his truck are always very nice And Friendly! Still waiting on them to bottle up that orange sauce for sale cause it’s bussin! I literally can’t say enough great things about them! I buckled my tacos in too? Gotta keep them in tact!
Parking: You can park on the street near the truck or in any of the adjacent lots there’s a cvs and a grocery store near by. They will give you a beeper for when your order is ready so doesn’t really matter where you park!

The “BEST” Salmon tacos I’ve had minus the bacon since the only meat I eat is seafood! I like to get a side of chili oil to give it a bit of a kick! They also have veggie options which is a plus for me!
Vegetarian options: The menu changes on Tuesday but they do have a vegetarian option as well
Best tacos in Salinas. Nothing ordinary: a sophisticated balance of flavors. Highly recommended. The corn tortillas were delicious. The fish tacos were giant.

If you’re looking for really good (fancyish) tacos this is the place! Everything is SO good. Fusion is definitely the correct word to describe it. Fresh made corn tortillas, you can’t go wrong. A little expensive but worth it and even more so on discounted Taco Tuesdays. Also REALLY happy to report they use plant fiber to-go boxes!! Huge plus! The wait is pretty quick and it’s settled at a super convenient location in South Salinas. Only wish they were open a little later!

The chicharron tacos are so good. I have also tried the jalapeno cheese tacos. Those are tasty too; however, are above my spice level.
