⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible BBQ! The meat was unbelievably tender and full of smoky flavor – it just melts in your mouth. The owner is super friendly and clearly loves what he does. Easily one of the best BBQ spots I’ve ever been to! Fair prices as well.

Delicious BBQ pit smoked onsite. The beef brisket is melt in your mouth tender and the meat falls off the rib bones. The Mac and cheese was the best side that we got.

Had the ribs and burnt ends and both were delicious. I just wish it didn’t cost so much would be nice if takeout sides had more quantity. Maybe a frequent buyer program discount card, etc.

Salinas City BBQ is fantastic! We go at least once a month if not more. The brisket and hot links are our favorite and all the sides are great. My wife absolutely loves the cornbread. The BBQ sauces are wonderful! And they have a really good beer selection.
