Worst customer service. I ordered chicken teriyaki before leaving the mall. Got home to eat it and the chicken was not done, pink and goeey. So I decided to try to cook it some more before driving all the way back to the mall. Well, that didn’t help at all. So I drove all the way back to the mall, explained what happened and I can not believe the attitude and continuous push back I recieved on how I ordered it an hour ago and it looked fine. The looks they gave me. They way she slammed and pushed my food down the line and rushed me to get it (with a customer in front of me) The only reason I’m didn’t push back is because I knew that’s what they expected and wanted. I smiled, got my food and immediately ran to make this review!

Love the North Riverside location they’re always delicious and the customer service is friendly and welcoming to say the least.

Super yummy. Attentive staff. Friendly service. Cheap and very delicious. Will be back!

The food here has really gone down. The vegetables where hard not steamed but hard and tasted like dirt The rice was hard and super salty berly gave us any chicken. Man this is such a disappointment this used to be go to place. Dumplings arrived with a wierd smell .

As a person that is part Pacific Islander and Japanese I have been eating Japanese and Asian my entire life. Sarku which is located in the Northridge Mall has terrible food that wasn't thoroughly cooked. The customer service wasn't good because the person working the counter didn't seem to comprehend English. The workers working at Sarku weren't Japanese or Asian they were Mexicans who know absolutely nothing about Asian cuisine. I threw the food into the trash and wouldn't ever again order anything from this fake Asian takeout. My final words describing the food and service is: Yuck

They were very kind people. Not only was the food good, I lost my bag and they kept it safe for when I came back to retrieve it.

To be honest the food is real good their service is amazing they're very polite although they speak Spanish not many people my under but they are also trying to better there English.The atmosphere is okay sometimes it gets pretty loud

Probably one of my favorite mall chain foods to get, food is good and prepared fresh, but I noticed that the quantity is getting smaller and smaller.

This used to be my favorite place to pick up food. Though I was greatly disappointed in my last visit. They weren't busy, and their was just one person behind me. I ordered the Terri chicken with half rice and half noodles with veggies (and asked for 3 extra sides of chicken and also an order of tempura shrimp) after driving all the way back home, and open the plate to find barely a normal order of chicken and they never even gave me the tempura shrimp I paid for too. And to try and call to advise them forget it, they never answer! So here I was disappointed and also now felt ripped off for paying for items i never received..

My food had blue soap or something jelly like. It was nasty. Please check your food cabbage or meats,

The food is really good 10 out of 10, but their costumer service is terrible, they are very rude and serve you in a bad way, do not forget that the customer deserves the best attention and service, a business is maintained thanks to the customers!!!!
