I love this restaurant!! I used to come to Rosita's all the time and when it closed, I was so sad. But now that this restaurant is open, I'm so happy! The decor is the same, and the menu has completely changed. The food is amazing, and the people are so nice. They make you feel like family.
As we were driving through Salinas one recent Sunday afternoon we found this hidden gem. The building and decor was a throwback to haydays of this old western town. The food was honest and very delicious Mexican! Chili Rellenos were perfectly prepared and the Ceviche tostadas were wonderfully fresh and delicious. This restaurant has excellent light and fresh food! Chips are crispy and salsa is yummy! The owners are very pleasant and attentive. I ordered a veggie burrito and it was just what I wanted.
