Everything at Smalley’s has a feel of home cooking. The portion sizes are just right. We ordered the prime rib and it was a good size. I would have enjoyed a bit more flavor in the prime rib but the texture and tenderness was on point. I really enjoyed how friendly the staff were. I’m from out of town but come to Salina’s often. I’ll come back to try other main courses for sure! My 10yo daughter enjoyed the 8 oz ribeye.

Do not go here. 70 dollars for 2 for a 5 dollar meal. I ordered the tri-tip and it had a speggettio flavored sauce on it, fries we unsalted, and my soft drink was 5 dollars. My wife had the 8 oz New York and that was cooked on and tasted of dirty grill, under cooked (asked for med-well and got a med-rare). Waiter had no questions what was wrong when I handed her back my full plate of food. The clam chowder was the only good thing, not great.

Every plate you get comes with other food it's a lot so go very hungry, I got the ribs with tri tip the ribs weren't that great everything needs more flavor, plus every plate of food is $40 and up, but with the amount of food you get it's worth the price. I wouldn't go here again though. The clam chowder soup and the strawberry ice cream was the only things I liked.

I've been to Smalleys about 5 or 6 times. And enjoyed each time. Today my friend and I went to celebrate a special occasion. We were served our drinks in plastic cups with cracks in them. While my friend was eating her salad, a small bug came out on the bowl. I told her to take a picture she said she tried but it went back into the salad. When I brought it to the waitresses attention, with no apologies, she just asked if my friend just wanted another salad. We got up and told her that we were leaving. Needless to say I won't be back again
